The mission will take place within the Software Delivery Service team of the User Solutions department of the Engie Group.
The team is composed of the SDM and experts in software support and packaging.
The team's mission is to make complementary software available to users of Skynote workstations. It packages the software, publishes it on the infrastructure, deploys it and provides support to end users.
What you will do:
Project leader:
- You will manage end-to-end customer requests in terms of general use and business-specific software packaging and deployment.
- You will collect customer requirements.
- You will generate quotes using the internal calculation table.
- You will package the software in accordance with the Skynote Windows devices standard.
- You will make the software available to users on Intune infrastructures.
- You will make software available in the ServiceNow catalogue.
- You will carry out the technical qualification of packages.
- You will participate in the maintenance of the application portfolio and ensure the consistency of its information.
- You will share feedback on similar IS architecture implementation issues encountered in similar business or organizational contexts.
Incident and Problem Management:
- You will resolve software-specific end user incidents efficiently when escalated by helpdesk.
- You will participate in the support and resolution of application incidents relating to packaging or deployment.
- You will mobilize resources and coordinate effectively with internal teams and third-party providers to ensure timely resolution.
Documentation and Training :
- You will write Knowledge base articles for SN1, SN2, and SN3 support.
- You will update operational procedures, ensuring they reflect current best practices and meet organizational standards.
Desired education, expertise, and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience;
- At least 2 years of technical experience in packaging and managing software in Microsoft inTune;
- Accurate knowledge of Windows OS;
- Knowledge of application packaging (Installshield;
- PowerShell script development;
- Knowledge of the InTune infrastructure for software publication and deployment;
- Knowledge of the SCCM infrastructure for software publication and deployment;
- SN3 support for Windows 10/11 workstations;
- Previous experience in using the Service-Now back office and reports;
- Proficiency (spoken and written) both in English and French;
