The mission will take place within the Software Delivery Service team of the User Solutions department of the Engie Group.

 

The team is composed of the SDM and experts in software support and packaging.

 

The team's mission is to make complementary software available to users of Skynote workstations.  It packages the software, publishes it on the infrastructure, deploys it and provides support to end users.

 

What you will do:

 

          Project leader:

  • You will manage end-to-end customer requests in terms of general use and business-specific software packaging and deployment.
  • You will collect customer requirements.
  • You will generate quotes using the internal calculation table.
  • You will package the software in accordance with the Skynote Windows devices standard.
  • You will make the software available to users on Intune infrastructures.
  • You will make software available in the ServiceNow catalogue.
  • You will carry out the technical qualification of packages.
  • You will participate in the maintenance of the application portfolio and ensure the consistency of its information.
  • You will share feedback on similar IS architecture implementation issues encountered in similar business or organizational contexts.

 

          Incident and Problem Management:

  • You will resolve software-specific end user incidents efficiently when escalated by helpdesk.
  • You will participate in the support and resolution of application incidents relating to packaging or deployment.
  • You will mobilize resources and coordinate effectively with internal teams and third-party providers to ensure timely resolution.

 

Documentation and Training :

  • You will write Knowledge base articles for SN1, SN2, and SN3 support.
  • You will update operational procedures, ensuring they reflect current best practices and meet organizational standards.

 

Desired education, expertise, and skills: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience;
  • At least 2 years of technical experience in packaging and managing software in Microsoft inTune;
  • Accurate knowledge of Windows OS;
  • Knowledge of application packaging (Installshield;
  • PowerShell script development;
  • Knowledge of the InTune infrastructure for software publication and deployment;
  • Knowledge of the SCCM infrastructure for software publication and deployment;

The mission will take place within the User Solutions Skynote team of the Engie group.

 

Skynote L3 Workstation Team is an ENGIE team located in Paris, responsible for the availability, performance, security, and support of the production services delivered to the Local IT teams, including the Windows and Mac workstations, Intune & SCCM related configurations, and M365 Office Suite configurations.

 

You will work in close relationship with the Skynote Service Delivery Manager (SDM) and a few other SDMs, as well as with the Expertise/Design teams (L4) and the SaaS suppliers.

 

What you will do:

 

  • You will manage the safe and secure operation of the Group services production environment, most of which is cloud-based.
  • You will provide excellent support to the Local IT teams (approx. 150 tickets per month through an ITSM tool, email, instant messaging (Teams), and telephone (emergencies only)). This is not a Service Desk: it is a team of System Engineers providing 3rd line support to Local IT teams (Service Desks / Helpdesks, System Administrators, System Engineers).
  • You will process the changes initiated by Change Management.
  • You will ensure that documentation is up-to-date: production handbooks, procedures, knowledge base, etc.
  • You will keep the knowledge of the team members current through technology watch, training, etc.
  • You will escalate to SaaS service providers (e.g., Microsoft Premier Support, etc.).
  • You will manage special user accounts (privileged/admin, service/technical accounts, etc.).
  • You will automate support and administration tasks through scripting (PowerShell mainly).
  • You will provide expert technical advice for changes to existing services or the introduction of new services.

  • You will permanently check the monitoring tools to ensure that every critical alarm is linked to an active incident ticket.
  • You will create new incident tickets when necessary (detection with monitoring tools or customer’s direct request).
  • You will escalate/assign tickets towards Level 2 or Level 3 of the NOC when necessary.
  • You will work with the network tooling team to improve monitoring quality.

 

          Change Management:

  • Vei contribui la realizarea cerințelor de business pe proiectele tranversale și/sau intercompanii, astfel încât procesele comerciale să fie susținute de un sistem informatic fezabil și sustenabil.
  • Vei realiza mockup-uri și prototipuri ale interfeței de utilizare, care să ilustreze modul clar în care funcționează site-urile/aplicațiile ENGIE și modul în care acestea sunt din punct de vedere grafic.
  • Vei testa și te vei asigura de respectarea mockup-urilor, după implementare.
  • Vei realiza elemente grafice web și mockup-uri pentru newslettere.
  • Vei identifica bug-uri vizuale și probleme de UX, atât proactiv, cât și pe baza feedback-ului de la clienți. Vei propune îmbunătățiri atunci când este cazul.

 

Experiență, calificări, cunoștințe și abilități:

  • Studii superioare finalizate, cu diplomă de licență (de preferat în domenii precum Arte, Design);
  • Minimum 2 ani de experiență pe o poziție asemănătoare;
  • Cunoștințe de Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma și/sau Sketch;
  • Capacitate de analiză și sinteză;
  • Bune abilități de prezentare;
  • Proactivitate;
  • Atenție la detalii.

  • Cunoștințe de HTML, CSS.

We are currently looking for a communicative, proactive and organized person, to join our Payroll and Personnel Administration team, as Human Resources Generalist.

What you will do:

  • You will manage employee personnel files (preparing employment contracts, additional acts to individual employment contracts, decisions, various personnel registers);
  • You will provide specific information to authorized stakeholders (internal and external clients, internal and external audit, state control bodies);
  • You will update employees' work schedules according to work plans;
  • You will centralize and maintain registers for employee vacation and medical leave;
  • You will manage the input of necessary information needed for payroll calculation on the SAP database (annual leave, medical leave, unpaid leave, overtime, various aids according to CCMU);
  • You will enter data into REVISAL and ensure its transmission to the Territorial Labor Inspectorate;
  • You will handle various withholdings (guarantees, penalties, garnishments, etc.);
  • You will provide various certificates requested by employees or former employees, in accordance with the data extracted from personal files or existing archives;
  • You will prepare and deliver statistical reports to the National Institute of Statistics.

 

Desired education, expertise, and skills:

  • High school diploma required (bachelor’s degree preferred);
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position;
  • Knowledge of human resources processes;
  • Understanding of labor laws and payroll;
  • Proficiency in SAP - PA and SAP - PY;
  • Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel);
  • Ability to manage a high volume of documents and information;
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Autonomy, initiative, and commitment;
  • Performance-oriented mindset.
