Context:
The mission of the Supply B2B Belgium organization is to accelerate the transition towards a carbon neutral economy by guiding B2B customers in their energy management from ensuring continuity of their operations and managing risks, to investments in sustainability and energy efficiency.
A Marketing team was created to collaborate with internal and external partners and to guide companies towards the energy transition. The objective is to support and facilitate teams in the sales of energy through marketing actions, to deliver complementary value to B2B customers and to integrate the principles of the energy transition in their activities.
Role:
- Design and manage go-to-market plans to promote energy offers and energy transition services.
- Deploy omni-channel marketing campaigns via newsletters, webinars, targeted mailings, social medias campaigns ,etc...
- Create targeted content to enhance user engagement and drive conversions ( blog articles, videos, e-books, webpages, etc.)
- Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, performance analysis, and continuous optimization.
- Drive product and service promotion to create awareness and generate marketing qualified leads (MQLs).
- Manage campaign budgets to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Manage partnerships with external marketing partners
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, communication, IT) and external partners for cohesive campaigns & enhance client orientation.
- Support internal & external customers in energy management using data and digital tools.
- Optimize current processes through ongoing measurement, learning, and iteration.
- Collaborate with Marketing Teams of other ENGIE entities

- Deep Market Understanding : you know the drivers of B2B customers, target audience and competitors. This helps you to tailor strategies.
- Strategic Planning : you’re adept at setting long-term goals and creating comprehensive plan that align with business objectives. You anticipate and pivot when needed.

Education and professional background:
- Professional bachelor or master in Marketing
- 1 year of experience in a similar role
Languages:
- FR and/or Dutch + English
