As the Director of Engineering for our digital experiences, you will lead technology teams building and maintaining platforms directly engaging with Impact’s clients to accelerate their decarbonization journey via reliable sustainability data augmented with best-in-class analytics and optimized. - Lead a world-class distributed team constructing and integrating intuitive web platforms leveraging big data and analytical technologies.
- Define the long-term technical vision and strategy to deliver it in a way that will rally and inspire the organization around the shared vision for success
- Establish and track clear, useful metrics to stay focused on the most important things, ask the right questions and continuously improve.
- Ensure high quality code by creating and enforcing technical standards and quality assurance processes while managing the quality assurance teams.
- Partner closely with product managers and designers to understand requirements and prioritize work into an Engineering Roadmap as a team.
- Drive technical and business operational excellence overseeing the platforms DevOps function

The pay range for this role is: $ 108,800-182,850. Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographical market data. This position is eligible for our comprehensive and competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance.
