Context:

Within Global Energy Management & Sales, the Expertise Center Human Resources positions itself as a business to grow people, teams and the organization, through its 3 main missions:

  1. Proactive management and anticipation of future business needs and resources
  2. Growing people and teams and encouraging change in managerial behavior
  3. Pursuing cultural shift and organizing collaboration and accountability

 

Within the HR People Experience, Digital & Operations team, we are looking for a customer focused professional with a business oriented mindset and HR performance experience, to join us.

The function will be based in Brussels.

 

Main activities:

  • Support for HR reporting for management, business, HR and social partners (Works Council / Social Relations related information) : structure information and support further professionalization of the HR department through building a professional HR reporting environment supporting the HR-related business decisions,

 

  • Data ambassador in ensuring a correct data management in our tool ‘Sezame’: ensuring the HR related data quality and data completeness

 

  • Maintaining the GEMS’s organizational structure up-to-date,

 

  • Preparing/Support the Group Social Reporting,

 

  • 2nd line for Belgian Payroll:
    • You will monitor and manage the quality of the payroll, based on KPI’s provided by GBS
    • You will follow-up  on the resolution of “structural” payroll errors
    • You will manage some specific “post-pay” controls
    • Liaise with the payroll provider and ensure correct implementation of GEMS reorganisation together with the rest of the HR IS Team.

 

  • Ensuring HR IS support for HR processes : Salary review Performance Management Learning, …

 

  • manage and participate to transversal projects to enhance HRIS offering towards the employees and the managers

 

Hard & Soft skills:

  • You have a digital mindset and a good knowledge of MS Office 365.
  • You are detail-oriented and attentive to the needs of your internal customers.
  • You organize work independently and efficiently, and stick to deadlines.
  • You have a sense of responsibility and work discreetly in a dynamic environment.
  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills to work in an international environment.
  • You have a practical mind and a positive team attitude.

Education and professional background:

  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • First experience in HR Performance, HRIS, or related field.
  • Plus: work experience in international environnement.

Languages:

  • You are fluent in English and French, proficiency in Dutch is a plus

Travels:

  • Since the team is bi-localized (Paris – Brussels), a business trip to the other location might be requested, but stays rather limited.
