Contexte

Vous interviendrez sur des grands projets nucléaires ((Programme Grand Carénage d’EDF, new built, Post-Fukushima, Programme sécuritaire …) en France et vous serez acteur du développement des compétences en Gestion de Projets techniques au sein de TRACTEBEL.

 

Missions

Pour les affaires qui lui sont confiées, les activités génériques d’appui au pilotage d’affaires techniques sont les suivantes :

  • Pilotage et coordination des acteurs des affaires. A cette fin, le titulaire organise les réunions de « pilotage », de cadrage, de coordination ou d’avancement nécessaires au bon avancement de ses affaires ;
  • Pilotage et animation technique de l’ensemble des intervenants sur l’affaire ;
  • Responsabilité du respect du planning et de la maîtrise des coûts de ses affaires ;
  • Définition avec le planificateur des indicateurs pertinents à faire remonter dans le reporting mensuel ;
  • Rédaction des éléments des reporting hebdomadaires et mensuels ;
  • Etablissement et tenue à jour de l’analyse de risques de ses affaires (en collaboration avec les contributeurs des affaires) ;
  • Relations avec les fournisseurs ;
  • Suivi technique des fournisseurs et pilotage des chargés d’études ;
  • Pilotage des contrats spécifiques à ses affaires ;
  • Coordination et gestion des interfaces entre les équipes Etudes et les équipes Projet ainsi que les différents contributeurs de l’Affaire ;
  • Capitalisation du Retour d’Expérience lié à l’affaire ;

L’ensemble de ces activités sont réalisées en étroite relation avec l’ensemble des acteurs d’une affaire : Etudes, Achats, Projet, Réalisation.

 

Votre profil

Issu(e) d’une formation d’ingénieur (Ecole ou Université, Bac +5, master…), vous possédez une première expérience dans le domaine du pilotage et de la conduite d’affaires sur le secteur industriel. Une première expérience dans le domaine du nucléaire est un plus, mais pas indispensable.

Vous avez une connaissance en fonctionnement des REP, mécanique générale, EIA ou génie civil.

Vous êtes rigoureux, sérieux, autonome et possédez une forte capacité à gérer et à intervenir face à des situations imprévues. Vous avez des compétences en management transversal, et vous êtes doté de bonnes capacités rédactionnelles et de communication, ainsi que d’un esprit de synthèse.

Work environment 

Within the ‘Safety and Nuclear Engineering’ department of the Global Business Area NUC of Tractebel Engineering, the CFD & Accident studies Group is in charge, among others, of the following disciplines:
 

  • Licensing Studies (SGTR, FWLB,…); 
  • PWR Plant Operation Support;
  • Computational Fluid Dynamics;
  • Analysis of plant behaviour (e.g. Natural Circulation, …);
  • Severe Accidents Studies;
  • PSA Level 2 

 Mission 

  • You are in charge of performing Licensing Studies;
  • You perform complex thermalhydraulic engineering analysis in the domain of nuclear reactor systems using industry-standard methods and simulation tools (e.g. RELAP5/Mod2, CATHARE or any equivalent recognized software);
  • You defend your work to the Customer and the Safety Authorities;
  • You write technical reports about the studies performed;
  • You work in a team of about 10 engineers, in close interaction with your colleagues.

Qualifications - Internal

Profile 

  • You obtained a Master in Nuclear Engineering or a Master in Physics;
  • You have around 3 years in analysing Design Base Accidents (Class III and Class IV) and you are being familiar with international codes and standards;
  • You have knowledge of the nuclear domain;
  • You are able to communicate (write/speak) in English and French or Dutch;
  • You are interested to become a high-level expert in this topic;
  • Knowledge of task automation through scripts (eg: Python) is an asset

You will join the Business Development & Sales Team of the Business Stream SMR & International and report to the Business Development & Sales Director. The main mission of the team is to develop and commercialize worldwide the global services in Nuclear and in the field of Small Modular Reactors. Your function

 

  • You participate in the Sales activities (prospecting, bidding, negotiating…) of the Nuclear Entity on the international market, targeting new clients and ensuring sustainable growth of the business with our regular customers.   • You are responsible for or participate to prospection activities;

Your profile 

 

  • You hold a Master’s degree from an accredited engineering and/or business university
  • You have minimum 3+ years of experience in the engineering sector ; an experience in Nuclear is an asset
  • You have experience or a strong interest in sales and/or business development 
  • You have an excellent command of English, and a good knowledge of Dutch and/or French. Knowledge of other languages is welcome.
  • You are good at listening to customers and anticipate their needs.
  • You are a natural communicator (both oral and written) and are able to explain complex topics in understandable language to your different stakeholders.
  • You have strategic thinking and negotiating skills.

C’est avant tout grâce à nos expertises et à de la cohésion que nous faisons la différence pour maintenir dépanner, optimiser et anticiper les éventuels dysfonctionnements des installations. 

 

Concrètement vous : 

- Assurez la conduite, le dépannage et la maintenance des installations CVC : 

  • deséquipements de production frigorifique (groupe d'eau glacée, rooftop, détente directe VRV et split), 
  • des équipement de production de chaleur (chaudières) 
  • des équipements de ventilation et traitement d'air (CTA, VMC)  

- Suivez les résultats énergétiques de ces installations, posez vos diagnostics et effectuez des corrections en cas de dérive 

- Etes garant.e.s du bon suivi de votre relation avec le client, rédigez vos comptes-rendus afin de garantir la traçabilité de vos interventions, et assurez un reporting régulier auprès de votre manager grâce à la GMAO. 

- Respectez, évidemment, les engagements contractuels et réglementaires, et, surtout, vous respectez les règles de sécurité car on ne plaisante pas avec la sécurité chez ENGIE Solutions. 

 

Ce poste est sujet à astreintes. 

 
Votre profil : 

Diplômé.e.s d'une formation en Maintenance énergétique / Génie Climatique / Electrotechnique ou d'un Titre Professionnel suite à une reconversion professionnelle vers nos métiers : au-delà du diplôme, ce sont vos compétences techniques, votre motivation et votre curiosité qui priment !  

 

Vous avez acquis des compétences fortes en CVC et également dans la maintenance multi-technique  

Vous possédez les habilitations électriques (BR, B2V, BC) et êtes à l'aise avec les outils de GMAO et les outils informatiques (tablettes).  

 

Enfin, une bonne autonomie et le respect des procédures sont non-négociables pour représenter ENGIE Solutions auprès de nos clients exigeants.

Ce vei face:

 

  • Vei realiza/verifica simulări dinamice a consumurilor și producția de energie din surse regenerabile și convenționale, în cadrul studiilor/auditurilor energetice;
  • Vei elabora și propune soluții de eficientizare energetică în cadrul studiilor și auditurilor energetice.
  • Vei elaborara documentația tehnică de tip audituri energetice, breviare de calcul, proceduri, specificații tehnice, foi de date, instrucțiuni, rapoarte, evaluări și alte documente necesare;
  • Vei crea rapoarte de evaluare stare tehnică (multidisciplinare);
  • Vei oferi asistență în ofertare montaj sisteme de cogenerare/alte echipamente energetice/ regenerabile;
  • Vei crea rapoarte de monitorizare consumatori energie termică, gaz energie electrică etc.;
  • Vei elaborara si intocmi oferta tehnico-economică a soluțiilor de tip Contracte de Performanță Energetică;
  • Vei bugeta execuția de sisteme din domeniul eficienței energetice, a generării și utilizării resurselor energetice tradiționale și regenerabile;
  • Vei realiza studii de soluții tehnice sisteme în domeniul eficienței energetice, a generării și utilizării resurselor energetice tradiționale și regenerabile;
  • Vei coordona activitățile de inginerie subcontractate cu organizațiile externe și avizarea lucrărilor acestora;
  • Vei asigura asistență de specialitate pe parcursul derulării ofertarii și contractării serviciilor de implementare soluții de eficientă energetică și utilizare SRE.
  • Vei participa la studii tehnice pentru elaborarea programelor de eficientizare energetică și utilizare SRE, prin abordări inovatoare și soluții tehnologice de ultima generație.
  • Vei elabora planul serviciilor și măsurilor energetice coroborate cu mecanismele piețelor de energie.
  • Vei monitoriza, actualiza și optimiza balanțele energetice.
  • Vei elabora planurille de investiții și implementarea acestora în cadrul contractelor de tip CPE.
  • Vei realiza planul de implementare a soluțiilor tehnico-economice în vederea reducerii consumurilor energetice și producerii de energie verde.
  • Vei coordona echipele din site-urile vizate proiectelor de CPE, de asemenea, realizează vizite în locațiile beneficiarilor.

 

Experiență, calificări, cunoștințe și abilități:

 

  • Studii superioare în inginerie finalizate cu diplomă de master;
  • Minimum 3 ani experiență în domeniul eficienței energetice;
  • Cunoștințe concepte și metodologii de proiect aplicabile în cadrul proiectului, de eficientă energetică;
  • Cunoaștințe despre principiile de baza privind CPE;
  • Cunoștințe despre funcționarea echipamentelor termice, sanitare și electrice.
  • Bune abilități de comunicare, pezentare și vânzare;
  • Aptitudini de planificare, organizare și control al activității;
  • Limba engleză nivel avansat;
  • Permis de conducere categoria B;
  • Certificate/atestate/diplome/cursuri care să ateste competențe în domeniul eficienței energetice;
  • Atestat Responsabil Tehnic cu Executie, Verificator Proiecte, constituie avantaj.

ENGIE North America is seeking a Utility Plant Operator II this position is located at the University of Iowa Campus and serves the University's energy needs.  This employee will be responsible for carrying out the duties assigned by the Plant Management Team to ensure safe, proper and efficient plant operation of power generation equipment including but not limited to the following; boilers, pumps, air compressors, conveying systems, fans, electric motors, ash conveying system, control valves, mobile equipment and other industrial equipment as needed. 

 

Reporting to the Plant Operations Manager, this position sits in Iowa City, IA.

 

The safety of our employees is our number one priority. All employees at ENGIE have both a duty and the authority to STOP WORK if unsafe acts are observed

 

What you'll do: 

  • Responsible for the safe, proper and efficient operation of all machinery and related equipment (boilers, pumps, air compressors, conveying systems, fans, electric motors, ash conveying system, control valves, etc.) as directed by the Shift Supervisor

  • Responsible to report and keep the appropriate personnel informed by communicating verbally and in writing all pertinent information amongst the shift, between shifts, production support personnel and management personnel

  • Know and understand the normal operating condition of each piece of plant equipment and be aware of the present operating condition of each piece of plant equipment

  • Perform hourly rounds and other round schedules as outlined in shift procedures and/or as assigned by Shift Supervisor

  • Record and ensure that plant operating logs are kept current and accurate

  • Perform daily housekeeping tasks and any other housekeeping tasks as assigned by Shift Supervisor/Management

  • Required to provide relief and support in other job classifications including but not limited to other Operations positions, Maintenance and Fuel Unloading

  • Perform regular and routine testing & treatment of boiler water as directed

  • Responsible for vacation/emergency relief as required. Also, may be required to work overtime as deemed necessary by the Plant Management Team

  • Utilize a CMMS for writing and completing work orders with notes

  • Carries out other duties as assigned

 

What you bring: 

  • High School Degree or GED equivalent required advanced technical training or education preferred

  • Three (3) years industrial plant, process plant or power plant experience operating boilers, pumps, fans, conveyors and/or other similar equipment required 

  • One (1) year experience operating solid fuel and/or gas/oil fired water tube boilers, turbine generators and related plant equipment required

  • Licenses similar to the National Institute for the Uniform Licensing of Power Engineers (NIULPE) are preferred, example:  State of Minnesota Second Class Engineer license 

 

Additional Information / Conditions:

  • Must have a valid State issued Drivers License
  • Required to be on call as needed/deemed necessary by Supervisor/Management

  • Required to have a personal telephone to be able to receive emergency notifications

  • Required to work a varied/rotating schedule including weekends, holidays and overtime

ENGIE North America is seeking an Electrician I.  This position will be  servicing the electrical distribution network at the University of Iowa campus.  This role requires the highest regard for safety. Under general supervision, applies knowledge, skills and abilities at the journey level to install, operate, troubleshoot, maintain and repair electric utility substation, distribution and production plant electrical equipment operating at less than 600 volts.

 This role reports to the Electrical Distribution Manager and is located on the University of Iowa campus.

What you’ll do: 

  • Install, operate, troubleshoot, maintain and repair electric utility systems; including low voltage power distribution systems, switchgear, protection and control systems, lighting, ventilation and pumping systems, battery systems, instrumentation, motor starters and controls and conduit, cable and wiring systems operating at less than 600 volts
  • Determines jobsite work sequences and safety procedures required, procures materials, coordinates outages, completes work, places systems back into service
  • Interprets and maintains wiring diagrams, schematics, updates system logs, drawings and documentation on utility systems
  • Works around and with medium voltage (600 volts to 15kV) utility systems under the direction of High Voltage Electricians

 

What you bring:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • State of Iowa Class A or B Journeyman Electrician license.
  • Journey level electrician with experience in the trade preferred, particularly with utility systems in a utility, power plant or industrial environment
  • Valid State issued Driver’s License, Commercial driver’s license is desirable
  • Ability to arrive at the facility within one hour when on call
  • Knowledge of electric utility systems and equipment
  • Knowledge of tools and methods necessary to troubleshoot and maintain electrical utility equipment
  • Knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in the electrical trade
  • Knowledge of the trade occupational hazards and safety precautions while working in confined spaces, aerial or elevated locations, extreme temperatures, excavations, and other environmental caused conditions
  • Knowledge of electrical codes, utility standards, and safety programs as governed by rules, regulations and guidelines of local, state, and national electrical and safety codes, equipment manufacturers and others
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, control system drawings and repair manuals
  • Ability to perform basic math computations
  • Ability to maintain records and system documentation
  • Ability to analyze system problems, recommend and implement system changes
  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing with other department personnel, vendors and suppliers, students, staff, and the general public
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions
