What you will do: 

• Take an active role in the product development lifecycle 

• Define and Implementimplement design research strategy (identifying the challenges, carrying out interviews, analysis of the data collected, restitution of insights, etc.) 

• Define personae (identification of needs, pain points, opportunities) 

• Identify and engage business stakeholders: understanding business needs and managing knowledge 

• Design user journeys in collaboration with product managers & Design Team (userflow, wireframes, models,…) 

• Generate and test Pprototypes & User testing (Guerilla, A/B testing,…) 

• Craft UI elements within the Engie Impact’s dDesign sSystem for development teams (functional specifications, description of component behavior) 

• UX monitoring (examples: dashboarding topics, report creation, import/export of data, etc. 

What you will not do: 

• Work in a vacuum and not talk to users 

About you: 

What we are looking for: 

• 2+ years of relevant experience designing a complex B2B SaaS product in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams 

• Great command of English 

• Good listening skills (to gather user need)  

• Good facilitating skills (for internal workshop alignment) 

• Technical depth of understanding deep enough to fluently converse with developers 

• Expertise in design, implementation, & maintenance of enterprise applications is required 

• Solid crafting skills (for prototyping and testing) 

• Proactive in problem identification and creative in problem-solving.  

• Entrepreneurial and Team spirit 

Nice to have: 

• Experience with Outsystems 

• Figma & Miro skills 

• Passion for UIDemonstrated passion for UX 

• Experience with B2tB products 

• Experience in finance or energy industry
