What You Can Expect

The Project Coordination Analyst, Senior role is a part of the Northern California Operations team. You will be responsible for assisting ENGIE’s Project and Construction Managers in the coordination of all activities related to the construction of ENGIE’s energy projects.

 

In this role you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating audit, design, pre-construction, and construction meetings, ensuring clear communication between ENGIE, Contractors, and Customers. You will analyze current and upcoming projects to identify potential conflicts or synergies, maintaining and updating process and reporting templates as needed. Regular site visits will be part of your duties to ensure that all work complies with ENGIE standards. Assist Project Manager with project financials analysis.

 

This position is located in Sacramento, or Oakland, CA and will report to the Director of Project Management.

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of five (5) years construction administrative experience

 

 

Additional Details

  • This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy
  • This role requires attendance at a wastewater treatment plant in Richmond at least three (3) days per week for the next 18 months
  • Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license/clean driving record; there will be use of company vehicle and/or needed ability to drive to site locations
  • Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies
  • This position consist of up to 20% of outdoor work, while performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to weather conditions

 

 

Compensation

Salary Range: $62,400 – $95,450 USD annually

 

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

Actual offered salary may depend on geography, experience, industry knowledge, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
