Context:

The Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Analyst supports the Compensation and Benefits team within the HR department of the Global Energy Management & Sales business unit. He/she plays a crucial role in supporting Comp & Ben initiatives and projects while ensuring the operational management of reward processes.

Role:

  • Data Analysis and Production: Provide essential support to the C&B team in data production and analysis, particularly during the salary review process.
  • Data Cleaning and Accuracy: Contribute to improving data quality and accuracy in the context of a HRIS tool change for C&B processes (reward tool, payroll instructions, reward letters).
  • International Mobility: Assist the C&B and HRBP teams in managing international mobility and short-term assignment processes (tax, immigration, relocation, etc.).
  • C&B Process Management: Actively participate in managing C&B processes and programs such as the Flexible Benefits plan (My Choice) and new initiatives on green mobility budgets (+ Car Policy).
  • HR Policy Application: Ensure that HR policies and rules are properly applied.

Hard skills:

  • Strong analytical skills : Advanced skills in data analysis
  • Use of tools :  Excel & MS Office pack (very strong knowledge)
  • Payroll and Benefits Management: In-depth knowledge of payroll processes and compensation and benefits programs.
  • HR Information Systems (HRIS): Experience with HRIS tools and systems, particularly those related to compensation and benefits management. SAP successfactors
  • Multi-Country Expertise: Capacity to work across multiple regions, understanding the local laws, regulations, and practices related to compensation and benefits.

 

Soft skills:

  • Rigor : Focus on the accuracy and quality of data, essential for ensuring the reliability of information used in compensation and benefits processes.
  • Proactive Approach and Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, proactive approach, and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Effective Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with various stakeholders, including C&B teams, HRBP, and employees, on complex issues.
  • Resilience and Perseverance: Resilience to stress and perseverance to overcome challenges.
  • Multicultural Competence: Ability to evolve within an international and multicultural work environment.
  • Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with different teams and contribute positively to group dynamics to achieve common goals.

Education and professional background:

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resource field or HR controlling
  • At least a first experience in HR & payroll administration

Languages:

  • Fluent in English (must have)
  • French and Dutch (nice to have)
