WE ARE OFFERING YOU as Industrial Project Management Trainee
- A 36-month rotation program (3 x 12-month cycles, with at least 1 project on a site out of your homecountry and 1 Health & Safety mission) - Program start date 1st of April 2025.
- An opportunity to develop knowledge (in at least 2 technologies) in:
- Project engineering / reporting / planning
- Construction/commissioning / O&M preparation
- Occupational HSE / Process safety
- Extensive on-the-job field training & coaching by senior experts and field managers in different operational areas
- Hands-on experience by working in the different power plants of Engie all over Europe
- An opportunity to develop a broad set of technical and soft skills by being exposed to exciting field assignments

YOUR PROFILE as Industrial Project Management Trainee
- Advanced degree in Engineering or Physical Sciences, or a related field
- 0 to 2 years of professional experience (internships / apprenticeships)
- Will of European mobility in the coming years
- Understanding or strong interest in project management, administration of technical projects, HSSE, planning and follow-up, budget management, contract management, purchasing etc.
- Understanding or strong interest in the overall energy landscape, supply/demand equilibrium, and technologies and technique
- Rigorous, flexible, perseverant, problem solver and highly motivated
- Real doer, good at planning and excellent organizer, even in unexpected and multitasking circumstances
- Fluency in English
- You always take responsibility for the health and safety of yourself and your colleagues!
