CFE Agreement Adm Coordinator

Role Objective:  Reporting to the External Compliance Manager, the CFE Agreement Administration Coordinator is responsible for supporting the coordination of all activities related to the requirements and obligations of the commercial relationship (PDA/TSA) with ENGIE's main client for the Cuxtal II Project, the Comisión Federal de Electricidad (CFE).

 

Your Impact: As CFE Agreement Adm Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to directly contribute to our mission, playing a key role in :

Execute the final versions of contracts with the CFE until the unification of final rates for: a) the Project Development Agreement (PDA); and b) the Transportation Services Agreement (TSA).

Assist in monitoring that all elements outlined in the contracts with CFE are satisfied in a timely manner, and ensure that these are reported promptly according to the project execution plan.

Prepare information and documentation to address requests and for regular follow-up meetings, work tables, and control tables with the CFE related to the Cuxtal II Project contract, to establish monitoring and control of arising actions.

Propose and develop appropriate monitoring with other ENGIE areas to ensure compliance with the terms established in the contract with the CFE, based on governance and ethics, technical aspects, cost, contracts, and security, among others.

Coordinate reporting requirements to monitor the progress of the project, as contractually established with the CFE

 

 

Requirements:

Education preferably in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Degree in administration, Lawyer or related field.

Desirable experience in energy sector projects, preferably in natural gas transportation and with the CFE.

Desirable knowledge of Mexican energy regulations.

Proven experience in the management and control of rates and project contracts, preferably in the energy sector (oil & gas, natural gas transportation).

Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Advanced Spanish

Advanced English
