Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and Analysis of Legal Documents – Draft and review contracts and projects related agreements
  • Legal Research – Research local and international renewable energy-related regulations
  • Assistance to Development Projects – Provide legal advice to project development teams
  • Legal watch – Update legal databases and inform the team of regulatory developments
  • Litigation Management – Prepare files in the event of litigation and attend meetings with lawyers
  • Compliance and Governance – Contribute to the implementation of internal compliance procedures
  • Administrative Support – Organize files and coordinate with other departments

Profile:

  • Master’s Degree in Law (Major in Business Law, Energy, or Environment is a plus).
  • Outlook, Word, Excel, and PPT literacy is required.
  • Strong communication skills in French and English.
  • Fast learner, and open to feedback.
  • High attention to detail and strong time management skills.
  • Good writing skills.
