The opportunity:

This newly created position, Accounts Payable Lead - 12 month FTC,  will report to the Financial Controller ANZ, and manages a team of 3. This is an excellent opportunity to deliver improvements across a core finance process, within a collaborative and friendly environment.

 

Responsibilities will include:

 

  • leading and coaching the accounts payable team and ensuring supplier payments are processed accurately and efficiently
  • ensuring delivery of exceptional customer service
  • identifying system and process improvements
  • observance of all compliance requirements, internal controls, KPI’s and standard operating procedures
  • management of key stakeholders and reporting requirements

About you:

 

  • demonstrated experience leading AP functions in varied environments
  • familiarity with relevant systems and technologies
  • skilled in continuous improvement and process efficiency
  • adaptable, strategic and also comfortable being hands-on

Flexible Generation & Retail

Global Energy Management & Sales (GEMS)

  • Ensures a secure and sustainable energy future for B2B clients in line with a low carbon strategy by supporting customers in the transition towards a carbon neutral economy by offering them innovative, competitive and green solutions.  As well as through providing best in class risk management services tailored to our customers’ individual needs.
