3. JOB PURPOSE |
The ESG Manager will be responsible for implementing the country’s ESG/ Sustainability strategy in line with the Engie Group Policy, Purpose and wider objectives, with a principle focus on the environmental, climate and circular economy aspects of the strategy. The ESG Manager will work with teams across the project lifecycle of the company’s renewables and flexible generation projects to ensure that ESG risks, impacts and opportunities are adequately addressed and taken into account in decision-making. The specific remit of the ESG team is to de-risk projects from an ESG perspective, enable compliance, maximum positive impact, and to bring value to the projects and company through best practice ESG performance. |
