Purpose of the Position
Deliver on time the Flex Generation & Retail project: TEP LIE Migration, ensuring the objectives of the project in terms of HSE, budget and specifications compliance; including full recovery of cost from customer. The key responsibilities include: Full management to deliver the compliance with health, safety and environmental standards, according with the politics of the group and in accordance with mexican laws Deliver the implementations needed according with the technical and regulatory specifications of the project. Controlling of EPC’s contractual scopes, including warranties; and completion of the Punchlist. Direct the activities external regulatory stakeholders (CFE, CENACE, CRE) to accomplish the technical and regulatory requirements of the project. Execute the cost controlling of the project to deliver it under the budget. Coordinate all the activities with all the internal support areas related to the project (legal, regulation, finance, LATAM, etc.) Direct the negotiations with clients to obtain the cost recovery of the project Assure the delivery of comprehensive reports to the top management of the progress or the project ( risk, budget, critical path, etc.). |
Ocupational Profile:
REQUIRED EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:
Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical engineering or similar
Specialization/ Master in Project management
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Projects Management and PMO implementation
Contract management
Construction management
Business Development
QA/QC and technical oversight management
Management of multidisciplinary teams
Languages:
English, fluent verbal and written
Years of Experience
Min. 12 years in the energy sector
