CANDIDATE PROFILE

The Engineering Manager shall have the following competences and experience:

Degree and experience:

• M.S. degree in engineering or equivalent
• Relevant experience in construction site field experience.
• At least 20 years’ experience in engineering positions in energy / water/waste treatment / industry in an EPC contractor company
• Experience with working in a project-oriented culture, based on collaborative, agile and innovative ways of working

Languages:

• Fluent in English and French
• other languages are a plus

Skills:

• Leadership
• Multicultural team management ; Good understanding of cultural differences and ability to manage them
• Strong interpersonal and relationship/cooperation skills
• Very familiar with Engineering entities / matrix organization
• Change management skills, open minded and support for change
• Ability to work in a complex and dynamic environment
