Your mission
- As Project Manager in our Buildings department you will contribute to our mission every day by playing a crucial role in leading, motivating, and managing a project team of multidisciplinary engineers and draftsmen for your projects.
- Your key responsibilities
- Ensure respect of budget, timing, and quality of engineering services and works on site.
- Make necessary decisions regarding MEP construction (HVAC, electrical systems, etc.).
- Report project progress on a monthly basis.
- Participate in the technical design of projects (mainly in preliminary design).
- Enhance an integrated design process across different disciplines.
- Prepare and submit tenders and contracts with the sales team.
- Collaborate constructively with external partners (architects, consultancies, subcontractors, contractors).
We would love to hear from people with
- Master’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management in MEP works.
- Experience with competitive bidding, conceptual design, and project financials.
- Fluency in French and professional level English.

- Generalist with a background in MEP or Architectural engineering.
- Experienced in multidisciplinary projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Skilled in communication and creating good contacts with architects.
- Client-oriented, flexible, and a team player.
