Le/la Commercial(e) de cluster dirigera les activités suivantes de cluster :

  • Enregistrement et support client,
  • Engagement communautaire au niveau du cluster avec des activités transversales de Business Development, ventes et marketing

 

Responsabilités principales

Le/la Commercial(e) de cluster sera responsable :

  1. Du développement et suivi des activités commerciales au sein du cluster
  • Être responsable des performances commerciales du cluster
  • Organiser et superviser l’activité commerciale du cluster
  • Développer et entretenir des relations solides avec les clients et les principales parties prenantes (dirigeants locaux tels conseillers communaux et villageois, autres autorités…)
  • Planifier et coanimer les activités d’engagement communautaire
  • Être responsable de la gestion des contrats des clients
  • Superviser les activités commerciales des « Local Operator (LO) » du cluster
  • Réaliser les enquêtes de terrain

 

  1. De la vente et assistance à la clientèle
  • Être responsable de l’acquisition et de la fidélisation des clients
  • Être responsable du portefeuille de prêts à la clientèle et réaliser l’évaluation des capacités de re-paiement du client avant la mise en œuvre du prêt
  • Réaliser les ventes d’appareils domestiques efficaces en énergie et des machines pour les activités génératrices de revenus afin d’atteindre les KPI
  • Planifier et animer des séances « Démo »
  • Fournir un soutien à la communauté du village et aux clients dans la compréhension et l’utilisation de nos produits et services
  •  Assurer un niveau élevé de satisfaction client
  • Gestion des services après-vente par le biais du centre d’appels et d’un suivi des performances commerciales.

 

  1. De la gestion de projet et reporting 
  • Initier et suivre des projets commerciaux
  • Suivre et faire le reporting à temps de tous les KPI du cluster
  • Fournir des rapports sur l’état d’avancement des projets commerciaux et sur les activités commerciales dans les villages
  • Elaborer un budget et mettre en œuvre des actions marketing
  • Analyser les données commerciales du cluster pour améliorer nos performances

 

Connaissances et Compétences

  • Avoir une expérience de terrain avec des modèles d’électrification rurale hors réseau serait un atout considérable
  • Être passionné (e) par la vente et orienté (e) performance
  • Avoir une bonne connaissance de l’outil informatique
  • Avoir un permis de conduire B valide
  • Être très motivé (e) et avoir l’esprit d’équipe
  • Être orienté (e) client et performance

Qualifications:

  • Être titulaire d’une Licence (Bac +3) en Business Management, en Gestion de Projet ou dans un autre domaine connexe
  • Avoir un minimum de 3 ans d’expérience professionnelle dans la vente, le développement des affaires ou un domaine connexe

 

 

Langues : 

  • Français
  • Compétence de travail en Anglais souhaitée
  • Maîtrise de plusieurs langues locales des régions septentrionales du Bénin (Bariba, Peulh, Lokpa, Yom, Ditamari, etc.) fortement souhaitée

Job Purpose/Mission  

 

The Logistics Assistant is an integral part our Operations, the Logistics Assistant will support the Logistics Manager in the day to day running of the logistics requirements of Operations. Not limited to customs clearance, international shipping, Distribution planning and implementation, health and safety, process and policy implementation.

 

Responsibilities

  • Support the Logistics Manager in handling customs clearance requirements.
  • Support the Logistics Manager in shipment tracking and reporting the same in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Inspect truck conditions before loading to the field and share job cards.
  • Support the Logistics Manager in managing safety of EEA products in transit both locally and internationally.
  • Work to reduce logistics costs in the operations department.
  • Promote and improve best practice policies and procedures within EEA
  • Champion Health and safety standards and practice at all times.
  • Support the Logistics Manager in demand forecast and planning.
  • Follow up on pending shipments and advise statuses to the Logistics Manager.

 

Knowledge and skills: 

  Experience:

  • Must have a Bachelor Degree in Logistics, transport, Supply chain management.
  • Familiarity with East Africa Customs clearance processes.
  • Experience in working in a busy environment.

THE ROLE

To help us to meet both these challenges we have an have opportunities for a Storekeeper  working at Ffestiniog Power Station to join our team.  Reporting to the Stores Supervisor, the role is to be proactively involved in ensuring that all of First Hydro Company assets contained within the Stores locations are accounted to ensure an uninterruptible flow of goods and services to meet the business needs

 

ABOUT YOU

You will hold a minimum of a NVQ level 2 or equivalent and have successfully completed formal training in safety (eg. IOSH Working Safety) As well as formal qualifications and training candidates are also expected to have relevant experience and knowledge in the following areas:

  • Good IT skills such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • A knowledge of Inventory Management for a large industrial stores e.g.  JIT, Stock Checking etc.
  • A good understanding of the Health, Safety and Environmental legislation applicable to a stores environment.
  • Operate all stores related plant e.g. fork lift trucks, side loader, and drive stores commercial vehicles.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills to develop strong working relationships with internal customers and external suppliers.
  • Team player willing to work as a team member.
  • Understand the basic financial aspects of stores so that interface between stores and finance is seamless
  • Stores experience and knowledge of recognised standards e.g. OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001

¿Qué tareas realizarás?

Este rol se encargará de soportar en forma efectiva los trámites de permisos o autorizaciones incluyendo la preparación de expedientes. Así como identificar peligros y evaluar los riesgos cumpliendo con las normas de seguridad y cuidado del medio ambiente.

Como Soporte al Desarrollo de Negocios:

- Liderar la ejecución y optimización técnico-económica del diseño básico durante el desarrollo de proyectos de transmisión.

- Asegurar que los distintos componentes del proyecto respeten los aspectos técnicos de las licitaciones.

- Determinar potenciales riesgos y restricciones técnicas de los proyectos en evaluación y proponer las medidas de mitigación.

En la Implementación de Proyectos:

- Controlar el avance del proyecto en plazo y costo detectando desviaciones y proponiendo las medidas de mitigación correspondiente.

- Liderar la revisión de diseño y estudios de los proyectos en implementación y la preparación de expedientes técnicos para permisos.

- Coordinar la supervisión de las actividades de montaje y puesta en marcha para alcanzar los objetivos de calidad, cronograma y presupuesto.

¿Qué habilidades necesitamos para esta posición?

- Profesional en Ingeniería Eléctrica, Mecánica-Eléctrica o Ramas Afines.

- Experiencia en implementación de proyectos de Transmisión de media y alta tensión.

- Deseable experiencia en proyectos de extra-alta tensión (500 kV), altitudes mayores a 4,000 msnm y en selva.

- Deseable conocimiento avanzado del PMBOK o certificación PMP

- Indispensable Inglés intermedio

Job Purpose/Mission

The Area Administrator is responsible for Customer experience in the Service Centers, logistics and stock and handover of products to customers that are eligible.

Responsibilities

  • To observe and record 100% accuracy handover per shop, For each handover, all relevant documents (corresponding customer contract, proof of ID, customer declaration form etc.) are scanned &   uploaded per   customer via Mysol go
  • Physical stock counting (daily) and reconciling physical stock with stock levels on Tally software system.
  • Matching of expected and submitted inventory, matching of stock figures (DB/Tally) and the physical stock count.
  • Coordinating submission of daily/weekly reports of return and repairs within the responsible regions per Service Center
  • Ensure customer education is highly conducted to promote customer satisfaction and explaining after-sales service to the customer.
  • Correctly transacting and   tracking   all incoming and outgoing inventory to ensure accurate stock levels are consistently maintained on Tally software system.
  • Contribute to 10% of sales target as per the hub distribution and handle all walk-in customers at the Service Centers.
  • Ensuring all licenses and regulatory data is up to date and correctly displayed as per the QA management policy.
  • Fully implement the FIFO methodology within the Service Centers and stock points
  • Display systems to be presentable, complete, clean, and working at any time.
  • Achieve financial reporting on Service Center expenses month by month per region and as per the assigned Service Center.
  • Storage room setup (proper arrangements of items, labelling, separation of spare parts (u sed and broken).
  • Organizing all documents in designated folders (logistics documents and customer contracts)
  • Follow up on portfolio 1stPD, and advance payments on item exchange.

  • Receipt of service items for review by Tech ops at the hub by the ST
  • Field Marketing support merchandise_ store and manage the issuance and sign off all items going to the field.

  • HSE on the motor Bike + PPE _ enforce logbook usage and tracking.

2.  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Assists Shift Charge Engineer to supervise and oversee daily plant operations and maintenance in the Operations Shift Team in order to ensure that operational targets are achieved safely, efficiently and within the company rules and procedures, OEM guidelines, legal, environmental, contractual and other requirements;
  • Assist to establish the appropriate procedures and computerized maintenance management processes as applicable to a prudent operation management, in particular the permit to work system;
  • Ensures correct operational line-up and local operation of the systems;
  • Unloads fuel tankers in a safe manner; 
  • Understands and adheres to all Plant Safety Guidelines and Procedures. Strives to maintain an injury-free environment;
  • Understands and masters the Plant Emergency Handling Procedures;

  • Ensures control of the plant process and electrical distribution through the plant Distributed Control System (DCS) and other process control devices;

  • Identifies problems with plant equipment and clearly communicates the conditions associated with these problems to the Shift Charge Engineer / Plant Maintenance Team;
  • Ensures the completion of shift round checklists, routine daily/weekly/monthly test checklists and equipment change-over checklists, etc.;
  • Coordinates with the Shift Charge Engineer and Operation Engineer;
  • Submits the necessary reports and recommendations to the Shift Charge Engineer concerning equipment/plant status and/or any problems;
  • Responsible for the generation and sending the Plant’s daily data requirements in a timely manner to all applicable parties;
  • Maintaining high standards of management, ethics and leadership;

  • het coördineren van een team monteurs tijdens de uitvoering van de projecten met interne en externe middelen;

Je bent op locatie aanwezig voor het begeleiden, testen en uitvoeren van verbeter- en vervangingsprojecten voor zowel ENGIE als voor leveranciers. Afwisselend werk, zowel qua uitvoering als qua locatie.  Met jouw werkzaamheden zie jij de energietransitie zich ontvouwen. Binnen een relatief kleine organisatie, maar wel met de middelen en stabiliteit van een grote corporate.  

 

Wie is ENGIE en waar kom je te werken? 

Als Field Service Engineer ben je onderdeel van het EMS team. EMS zorgt o.a. voor het (projectmatig) onderhoud van onze gas- en stoomturbines in Europa. Iets waar – om betrouwbaar te kunnen leveren - veel onderhoud bij komt kijken. Europe Maintenance Support (EMS) onderhoudt de gas- en stoomturbines die daarbij horen. De afdeling bestaat uit (Senior) Technicians en Assistent Projectleiders. Daarnaast heb je contact met de collega’s van andere expertises (zoals Ketel, Electrical etc) en met de collega’s van de locaties waar de revisiewerkzaamheden verricht worden.

 

Als Field Service Engineer ben je onderdeel van team van 30 collega’s. Jullie delen jullie kennis en werken dagelijks samen met een mooie dosis humor. Elke collega heeft een eigen expertise met de bijbehorende verantwoordelijkheid. Het is hard werken, maar in een relaxte, open en collegiale sfeer. In een internationale omgeving waarbij we de successen samen vieren. 

 

Wat neem jij mee? 

Techniek, grote industriële machines en systemen… Een omgeving waar jij op je plek bent. De techniek heeft je altijd al getrokken en je weet hier alles van. Met jouw analytische brein los je graag problemen op. En met jouw communicatieve vaardigheden kun je makkelijk schakelen met zowel technici als engineers. Als team zorg je er samen voor dat het werk wordt gedaan en de klus geklaard. Want samen kom je nu eenmaal verder en groei je allemaal.   

 

Daarnaast heb je: 

 

  • Je hebt minimaal een Mbo-opleiding richting WTB, AOT of een direct vergelijkbare opleiding. Je hebt bovendien een enorme drive om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen de gas en stroomturbines; 
  • Je bent een teamspeler, je gaat namelijk veel met jouw team op pad. Je kunt en je wilt contractors aansturen en je snapt dat de klus geklaard moet worden;
  • Je bent in bezit van rijbewijs B. Certificaten zoals VOL-VCA, BA4-5 training, werkervaring aan rotating equipement is mooi meegenomen;
  • Beheers je zowel Nederlands als Engels vloeiend (in woord en schrift).  

 

Het is voor jou geen probleem - indien noodzakelijk- tijdens de weekenden te werken om geplande en onvoorziene interventies uit te voeren. Het kan zijn dat je een deel van het jaar in het buitenland werkzaam bent (meestal Europa, incidenteel buiten Europa). En wij ondersteunen je daarin met o.a. overnachting en vervoer. Job Purpose/Mission  

The Logistics Manager is an integral part of the Operations department. He/she must be attentive to detail, agile, ready to learn, grow and champion our logistics operations. He/she must be attentive to cost reduction, efficiency, in speedy deliveries, knowledge of customs procedure and harmonization codes, cargo & tax classification. He/she will also interface with forwarders, transport and will be a leader who leads by example with ethics and integrity. He/she will closely work with the Head of Operations to align operational needs to achieve efficiency. 

 

Responsibilities: 

Demand &Supply Forecasting  

  • Analyze historical & existing data to develop accurate demand and supply forecasts. 

  • Work closely with relevant stakeholders to accurately predict future requirements from manufacturers and suppliers  

  • Ensure the SOP Process is properly followed and implemented while working closely with the head of operations  

  • Make sure Demand &Supply Planning tools are accurately and timely filled and passed onto the HOD for review and approval  

  • Work closely with internal functions to predict stock outs and immediately source from neighboring entities to avoid stock outs and or overstocks.

Clearing & Forwarding  

  • Manage end to end clearing and forwarding process in coordination with contracted agencies  

  • Manage C&F Supplier relationships  

  • Properly assess tax worksheets, carefully study CPC, HSC codes to make sure we are accurately paying the right amounts  

  • Develop and build strong relationships with regulatory bodies like URA,UNBS,et al  

  • Prepare and follow through on exemptions and make sure we are compliant and within gazetted regimes at all times  

  • Make sure there is proper documentation before clearances are done and make sure there are no errors that will lead to delayed clearances and penalties 

  • Follow up on PVOCs and any other inspections required to facilitate the clearing and forwarding process 

Field Distribution  

  • Design, manage and implement an efficient and effective distribution schedule & report to the HOD  

  • Analyze the field stock distribution planner to effectively monitor stock availability at all points of distribution  

  • Manage distribution cost to align within budget requirement & target  

  • Manage & monitor while tracking 3pl providers to match to EEA requirements  

  • Proper and accurate forecasting of field points of stock requirements while avoiding over stocks or understocks and share with HOD for approval

Reverse Logistics  

  • Work with the HOD to build, run and account for efficient reverse logistics processes  

  • Work with HOD to manage efficiently and effectively product returns on time in full while working with the data team to track accurately and report to the HOD  

  • Work with the HOD to manage stock availability and forecast of SWAP stock 

Administration/leadership  

  • Manage,train,mentor and lead a team to effect overall positive results  

  • Keep track of license requirements, expiries and applications for HOD approval  

  • Set goals,KPIs for your team and track them to full utilization  

  • Keep track of department H&SE requirements and targets

    2.  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Be trained and developed in assisting the Shift Charge Engineer to supervise and oversee daily plant operations and maintenance in the Operations Shift Team in order to ensure that operational targets are achieved safely, efficiently and within the company rules and procedures, OEM guidelines, legal, environmental, contractual and other requirements;
    • Assist to establish the appropriate procedures and computerized maintenance management processes as applicable to a prudent operation management, in particular the permit to work system;
