About the role

 

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant and Office Manager to support our senior leadership team and ensure the smooth operation of our office

The Executive Assistant and Office Manager will be based in London,  this is a permanent role working full time Monday to Friday working a minimum 2 days from the office

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Personal Assistant  to  the UK Country Manager/Member of the Excom Committee and the Managing Director of FlexGen UK .
  • To assure an efficient operation of the ENGIE office located in London (Salisbury House), acting as main point of coordination between different internal services and external service providers, supporting the design and implementation of policies and procedures.
  • To support the Business Platform UK (BP UK) within BU GEM to function smoothly by providing supporting the wider management team.
  • Coordination of the Executive monthly meetings, setting agendas and uploading papers to SharePoint.
  • Supporting and coordinating offsite strategic quarterly meetings alongside the Programme Manager.

 

 

Key Requirements

 

 

  • The role holder would have prior experience in a similar role
  • Able to work unsupervised and as part of a team
  • Able to communicate with people at all levels of the  organisation
  • Experience of working effectively in a medium sized office environment would be an advantage.  However this role may be equally suitable to an ambitious individual who can demonstrate a capacity to learn a new role quickly
  • Highly organised and capable of prioritising
  • Effective communication– written and verbal
  • Intermediate SharePoint; Advanced Microsoft Outlook; excellent Microsoft Powerpoint, good Microsoft Word, capable of using Microsoft Excel
