Context:

The Commercial Expertise Center is a transversal entity with global reach. It has a global oversight role to support the Business Platforms to ensure the highest quality of products, provide a consistent global overview of client commercial performance, create transversality, share expertise and common practices.

The Commercial EC is the voice of the client within GEMS, it ensures that GEMS keeps its client focus to enable commercial development and client loyalty.

Role:

• The main activity linked to the function is to execute and improve the reporting based on Salesforce (CRM):
  • Answer ad hoc reporting and dashboard requests from GEMS commercial Front Officers
  • Organize and clean the existing reporting library
  • Streamline, improve and formalize the reporting process
  • Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure discipline in the reporting activity
  • Train and educate Salesforce users on the use of the CRM.
• Provide support to end-user in the use of the CRM.
• Provide assistance to the Transversal Commercial Oversight team.

Education and professional background:

• Engineering School, University, or Business school Master’s degree: sciences, economics or comparable studies.
• Junior : at least 6 month of professional experience in data management
• Ideally in energy management / energy trading sector and commercial activities / advisory role is a plus

Languages:

• English & French is a must
• Any other language (German, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, …) is a plus
