Project Manager On Site Utllities

ENGIE Services Sp. z o.o. is part of an international group that focuses on green energy production, energy management, and technical services. The company operates in four main areas: low-emission energy generation, transmission networks, facility management services, and heat production.

We are currently looking for a Project Manager On-Site Utilities Responsible for delivering utilities to client facilities. 

Responsibilities:

• Participating in local and international projects related to technological solutions for large industrial clients, with a focus on decarbonizing their operations
• Leading a team responsible for developing technical concepts and business models for utility supply
• Analyzing client needs based on their consumption of specific utilities (electricity, gas, heat, compressed air)
• Creating cost calculations and preparing offers for designing, building, and maintaining photovoltaic installations, biomass and biogas boilers, and energy storage facilities
• Supporting the Sales Department in discussions with potential new clients
• Collaborating in a global international environment

Qualifications and expectations:

• Technical education in fields such as energy, district heating, renewable energy sources, or environmental engineering
• Experience in energy, district heating, or environmental engineering
• Familiarity with industrial installations
• Experience in leading expert teams
• Proficiency in both Polish and English for international communication
• Desirable experience in managing decarbonization projects, construction, or maintenance of combined heat and power plants or power plants within a production facility
• Ability to analyze data and develop problem-solving concepts
• Proficiency in reading technical documentation
• Strong analytical and planning skills, with a focus on meeting client needs and achieving results
