What You Can Expect
As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC), you will be working hybrid out of the Houston, TX office to assist the Talent Acquisition team.  This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to communicate and collaborate with professionals across various levels and disciplines, and a commitment to enhancing and implementing DEI and OFCCP best practices.  

  • Serve as an expert support resource for the Talent Acquisition (TA) team, ensuring job postings with proper formatting, job codes, levels, compensation structures, and referral bonus compliance.
  • Edit and post job descriptions through the internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS), work with HRIS to align job requisitions with hiring needs, and stay updated on OFCCP regulations, internal job leveling, and compensation processes.
  • Monitor My Portal to assist with start dates, background checks, and “clear to start” notifications, collaborate with ENGIE International Corporate Headquarters for updates in SuccessFactors and My Portal, and provide backup support for interview scheduling.
  • Generate weekly and ad-hoc reports to track recruitment performance, provide data insights to support the TA function, and optimize hiring strategies.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Talent Acquisition processes to improve efficiency, compliance, and consistency within the hiring workflow.


What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum of a high school diploma and four (4) years experience working in an HR environment with a strong understanding of job posting practices and compliance requirements.
  • Previous use of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and SharePoint, with SuccessFactors experience being a plus.
  • Prior involvement in Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) development is an advantage.
  • Experience with Excel proficiency and data analysis experience to support Talent Acquisition functions being a plus.

Compensation
Salary Range:  $26.59 - $40.75 USD hourly 

 

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate. 

 

Actual offered salary may depend on geography, experience, industry knowledge, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
