HR Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Leads the HR Operations team

  • Focus on efficiency and harmonization

  • Ensure team upskilling

  • Design roadmap to GBS (Global Business Support) setup

• Payroll and Hiring

  • Oversight of salary payments, social security, taxes, immigration and any other related tasks.

  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements.

• Certificates, Surveys, Database & Reporting

  • Databases Maintenance.

  • Reporting and surveys.

  • Time management

• Digitalization & Data Management

  • Collaborate / lead HR-led digitalization and data collection/generation within and outside HR so to build up local and GBUs (Global Business Units)/Hub dashboards

Requirements

• 3+ experience acting in HR Operations managerial roles in matrixed multinational, best-class companies.

• In-depth knowledge of payroll, tax and social security schemes.

• Strong understanding of various HR functions, including local labour law, compensation and HR systems.

• Communication Skills: adequate gravitas and influencing skills to interact with business leaders and employees at all levels.

• Data literacy: ability to use data, metrics and evidence to drive decision-making and change.

• Bachelor’s degree in labour relations, human resources, business administration or related field plus postgraduate studies.

• SAP advanced user.

• Spanish native speaker plus English C1 level.
