About the role:

As a DEI Partner at ENGIE UK, you will be instrumental in driving our DEI strategy and initiatives across ENGIE. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. You will work closely with HR, leadership, and various departments to implement and champion DEI programs that foster an inclusive culture.

The DEI Partner will be based in London,  this is a permanent role working full time Monday to Friday working 2 days from the office. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement DE&I initiatives- This will include establishing mentoring programs, organising outreach events with schools and colleges, and designing inclusive leadership activities.
  • Collect and analyse data related to our DE&I efforts, helping us track progress and measure the impact of our initiatives.
  • Project management: Manage various DE&I projects from start to finish, providing an opportunity to enhance your project management skills and experience.
  • Communication and engagement outreach: Support the communication and engagement plans for our DE&I initiatives to employees and stakeholders across ENGIE UK. This could involve writing content for our intranet, creating presentations, or participating in internal and external events.
  • Engage with external organisation and communities to promote ENGIE UK’s DEI efforts and build on partnerships

 

Key Requirements

 

 

  • Proven experience in a DEI-focused role, preferably within a large organisation.
  • Strong knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in developing and delivering DEI training and programs.
  • Ability to analyse data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of DEI initiatives.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Passion for fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace culture.
  • Experience in working collaboratively across interfaces and influencing HR & Business leaders, in a matrixed international organisation
  • Strong academic record to demonstrate ability to learn and manage multiple tasks
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent desirable
