Beëindig jij dit academiejaar je (professionele) bacheloropleiding of graduaat in electromechanica en heb je niet meer dan 2 jaar werkervaring? We zijn op zoek naar Technische Trainees (M/V/X) voor onze EMS (European Maintenance Services, onderdeel van ENGIE Generation Europe) die instaat voor het gespecialiseerd onderhoud van o.a. turbines, alternatoren, hoogspanningsinstallaties en ketels van energiecentrales.

 

WE BIEDEN jou als Technisch Trainee (M/F/X)

Een rotatieprogramma van 24 maanden waarbij je  :

  • uitgebreide training krijgt op de werkvloer en wordt gecoacht door een mentor, senior experts en leidinggevenden
  • je technische kennis verder uitbreidt omdat je onderhoud gaat doen in verschillende energiecentrales en batterijparken van Engie in België en het buitenland (vnl. Frankrijk en Nederland).
  • door 4 afwisselende missies in de verschillende onderhoudsequipes, te weten komt wat jou als technisch het meeste boeit: werken aan grote draaiende tuigen (gas- en stoomturbines), hoog-en middenspanningsmateriaal, ketels, pompen en ventilatoren en kleinere aero-turbines 
  • Samen start met 3 andere trainees waarmee je ervaringen en kennis kan uitwisselen
  • Een vast contract krijgt met:
    • een maandelijks geïndexeerd basisloon waar bovenop je tal van premies ontvangt, afhankelijk van je werkregime (shift premie), weekendwerk en/of overuren (toeslag en compensatie in verlofdagen) en plaats van tewerkstelling (mobiliteitspremie)
    • een eindejaarspremie, dubbel vakantiegeld en collectieve bonus
    • een dienstvoertuig, mobiele telefoon en data-abonnement
    • maaltijdcheques
    • 33 verlofdagen en compensatiedagen voor weekend-en overwerk

 

JE PROFIEL als Technisch Trainee (M/F/X)

  • Je volgde een professionele bachelor of graduaat in mechaniek/elektriciteit/elektromechanica/energietechnologie/procestechnologie/elektromechanishe systemen
  • Je bent pas afgestudeerd of hebt 2 jaar ervaring maximum
  • Je spreekt Engels, Nederlands en/of Frans en bent bereid om de andere landstaal te leren.
  • Je bent flexibel qua werkuren en tewerkstellingsplaats. Je bent bereid tot shift/weekendwerk tijdens missies en om  30% van je tijd te reizen.
  • Je bent in het bezit van rijbewijs B

Vous souhaitez acquérir de l'expérience dans les services de maintenance de nos centrales électriques ? Vous aimez les projets variés et vous aimez travailler dans des lieux de travail changeants ?   Alors ce poste est fait pour vous !

Nous recherchons des Trainees techniques (H/F/X) pour EMS (European Maintenance Services, qui fait partie d'ENGIE Generation Europe), qui est responsable de la maintenance spécialisée des turbines, alternateurs, installations haute tension et chaudières des centrales électriques, entre autres.

 

NOUS VOUS OFFRONS en tant que Trainee Technique (M/F/X)

 

Un programme de rotation de 24 mois dans le cadre duquel vous :

  • Bénéficiez d’une formation approfondie sur le terrain et un accompagnement par un mentor, des experts seniors et des managers
  • Pouvez approfondir vos connaissances techniques en effectuant des travaux de maintenance dans diverses centrales électriques et parcs à batteries d'Engie en Belgique et à l'étranger (principalement en France et aux Pays-Bas).
  • Au travers de 4 missions variées dans différentes séquences de maintenance, vous découvrirez ce qui vous intéresse le plus en tant que technicien : travailler sur de grands équipements rotatifs (turbines à gaz et à vapeur), des équipements à haute et moyenne tension, des chaudières, des pompes et des ventilateurs et des turbines aéronautiques plus petites.
  • Commencez avec 3 autres trainees avec lesquels vous pouvez échanger des expériences et des connaissances.
  • Obtenir un contrat à durée indéterminée avec
    • un salaire de base mensuel indexé auquel s'ajoutent de nombreuses primes en fonction du régime de travail (prime d'équipe), du travail le week-end et/ou des heures supplémentaires (indemnité et compensation en jours de congé) et du lieu d'affectation (prime de mobilité)
    • une prime de fin d'année, un double pécule de vacances et une prime collective
    • un véhicule de service, un téléphone portable et un abonnement
    • des chèques-repas
    • 33 jours de congé et des jours de compensation pour le week-end et les heures supplémentaire

 

VOTRE PROFIL en tant que Trainee Technique (M/F/X)

  • Vous avez suivi une formation professionnelle en mécanique/électrique/électromécanique/technologie de l'énergie/technolgie process/systèmes électromécaniques
  • Vous êtes un jeune diplômé ou avez 2 ans d'expérience maximum
  • Vous parlez anglais, néerlandais et/ou français et êtes disposé à apprendre l'autre langue nationale.
  • Vous êtes flexible en termes d'horaires de travail et de lieu de travail. Vous êtes prêt(e) à travailler en équipe ou le week-end pendant les missions et à voyager 30 % de votre temps.
  • Vous êtes en possession d'un permis de conduire B

Context:

As a VIE for Pricing within BP Supply, you will play a key role in ensuring the company's profitability by helping to manage offer risks and, among other things, to manage actions to hedge the risks on contracted volumes.

 

Role:

For offers under elaboration :

- Validate (or not) requests to adapt “standard” risks by assessing the impacts of these proposed changes.

 

For the won contracts:

- Monitor the entry and exit of delivery points in the sales contracts and the impact on hedges in the risk monitoring system.

- Ensure an automatic and correct transition to the billing tool.

- Assist agents with questions on product types, price indexations, etc.

- Evaluate the impact of legal changes on signed contracts (current and future).

 

In preparation for future offers:

- Propose adaptations/new sales products to keep pace with changing customer demands, regulatory changes, etc.

- Ensure smooth operation (automation) from start to finish between the various tools.

- Prepare “training sessions” together with the Process Management team on the changes.

 

 

Other :

- Interact with the various Pricing team stakeholders.

- Describe, automate and improve operational processes and analytical tools and support the development and implementation of digital tools. In this section, please indicate in detail (in Bullet point form) the missions of the position.

Description of the Role:

The Battery Energy Storage Technical Expert will serve as the referent within the company on all technical aspects related to battery energy storage systems (BESS). The technical expert will support project teams in technology selection, design, engineering, execution, and optimization of BESS projects in various geographies, ensuring successful BESS industrialization and standardization at ENGIE.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Expertise and Support:

Provide deep technical knowledge on BESS design, engineering, execution, operations & maintenance.

Support project teams with battery technology selection, sizing, and system integration.

Recommend improvements to enhance availability, performance, reliability, and lifespan of storage solutions.

Process Development & Standardization:

Ensure compliance with all applicable ENGIE policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines for BESS.

Establish processes, protocols, and guidelines for BESS projects to ensure consistency and high-quality execution.

Continuously improve and refine processes based on lessons learned from past projects.

Industrialization & Scale:

Lead efforts to industrialize BESS solutions, driving scalability, cost-efficiency, and standardization.

Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and other industry stakeholders to leverage technical best practices and innovations, together with ENGIE’s teams (BESS Procurement & Digital, Laborelec Storage Lab).

Peer Reviews & Due Diligence:

Conduct and oversee technical peer reviews to validate project viability and ensure best practices are adhered to.

Lead technical due diligence efforts on new technologies, partnerships, or acquisitions in the BESS domain.

Training & Knowledge Transfer:

Experience in BESS safety, and project deployment (contracting, construction, commissioning) is a plus. Experience in Long Duration Energy Storage (LDES) design is a plus.

 

Travel: Willingness to travel globally as needed (~20%) to support project teams and engage with stakeholders.

 

Language: English is a must, French, Dutch, or Spanish would be a plus.
