Qui sommes-nous ?

Expert du gaz naturel liquéfié (GNL), Elengy est une filiale de GRTgaz au sein du Groupe ENGIE. Elengy exploite les trois terminaux méthaniers régulés en France, Montoir-de-Bretagne sur la façade atlantique, Fos Cavaou et Fos Tonkin en Méditerranée. Portes d’entrée du GNL en Europe, ces trois sites offrent au marché une flexibilité optimale pour le déchargement ou le chargement de tout type de méthanier, le transbordement entre méthaniers, le chargement de camions citernes en GNL ou encore la regazéification du GNL pour l’injecter dans le réseau de transport.

Le GNL est un levier de décarbonation disponible et immédiat, substitut efficace au charbon et aux produits pétroliers : Elengy contribue ainsi à la transition énergétique de fournisseurs d’énergie et de l’ensemble du secteur du transport. Elengy fait également évoluer ses services en investissant dans le développement des filières bio-GNL pour diminuer l’empreinte environnementale des différents acteurs et préparer la transition vers une offre neutre en carbone à l’horizon 2050.

En nous rejoignant, vous intégrerez une équipe composée de 5 personnes, rattachée à la Division Maintenance.

Et vos missions ?

• Suivi de la réalisation des opérations de maintenance,
• Pilotage de travaux d’investissement,
• Réalisation d’études technico-économiques,
• Passation des commandes et suivi budgétaire,
• Suivi de la mise à jour de la GMAO et de la pertinence des comptes-rendus d’intervention,
• Réception des travaux.

Ce que nous recherchons :

Regional Sales Officer

Purpose of the Position:

As a Regional Sales Officer, you will play a crucial role in driving margin growth and expanding our customer base in Mexican electricity and gas B2B markets, while fostering the energy transition of Mexico.

Responsabilities and Job Functions:

• Developing and Sustaining Customer Relationships:
  Cultivate long-lasting relationships with existing and potential customers
  Understand their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions as well as personalized client support
  Actively engage with identified Global and Regional/Local Accounts, in close cooperation with ENGIE Key Client Office.
• Account Management
  Build relevant pipeline that will fit with commercial strategy and drive sustainable growth of the portfolio, both and gas and electricity
  Propose best-in-class (green) energy offers using physical / financial products
  Negotiate deals at optimal risk/reward terms

• Commercial Operations

Ocupational Profile:

• Educational Backround: A pertinent university degree (an MBA is advantageous).

Vos missions en version « Economie d’énergie » :

Rattaché au Team leader audit énergétique grand compte résidentiel, le Chargé d’audit énergétique B2C H/F est l’expert des sujets d’optimisation énergétique dans le secteur résidentiel (collectif et individuel).

En votre qualité de Chargé d’audit énergétique B2C H/F chez Teksial, vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes :

Pilotage de projet en efficacité Energétique

• Animation d’un portefeuille Efficacité Energétique de client grand compte (suivi des indicateurs des IPE, Mise en place et suivi de plans d'actions en cas de dérives dans le cadre de l’Energy management, ...).
• Audit et analyses de projets énergétiques : Réalisation d'audits techniques, audits STD, audits Instrumentés
• Réalisation de STD (Simulation Thermique Dynamique), à partir de logiciel adapté, sur les projets ciblés.
• Déterminer les améliorations à réaliser en termes d'efficacité énergétique.
• Analyser les données collecter et produire les diagnostiques d'audit énergétique
• Analyser et optimiser les systèmes et leurs procédés afin de garantir un gain de ressources énergétiques

Valorisation CEE

• Réaliser l'analyse de l'éligibilité des projets aux opérations standardisées d'économies d'énergie, telles que définies par la réglementation.
• Prendre en charge la constitution et le dépôt des dossiers de demande de CEE ainsi qu'assurer le suivi des projets à l'aide d'un applicatif métier.
• Réaliser les bilans thermiques répondant aux besoins des fiches d'opérations standardisées CEE.
• Réaliser les bilans énergétiques relatifs à la valorisation des opérations spécifiques (calcul des économies d'énergie, calcul du TRB...).

Reportings

• Définir, suivre et partager les KPI clés permettant la maîtrise et le développement de votre activité, proposer les axes améliorés
• Produire et gérer la mise à jour des reportings clients/partenaires et également sur son périmètre d’activités aux parties prenantes (commerce ; comptabilité, finance, ingénierie ; …)

Profil recherché :

Bac +3 ou BAC+2  dans le domaine Génie thermique et énergie/ Génie climatique ou équivalent, avec l'envie de jouer un rôle de facilitateur pour nos clients grands comptes  pour la mise en place d’actions d’économies d’énergies.

Vous avez de bonnes capacités à travailler en mode projet et faite preuve de pédagogie.

Purpose of the Position:

As the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at GEMS Mexico, your role is pivotal in shaping the organization’s commercial strategy and driving margin growth for both Electricity and Gas B2B sales, while contributing to decarbonization of operations.

1. Commercial Strategy

• Develop the commercial strategy for B2B Gas and Power supply activities, in close cooperation with product teams.
• Implement the commercial plan to achieve GEMS Mexico’s strategic and commercial objectives.

2. Account Management

• Create and implement relevant Go-to-Market strategies.

Ocupational Profile:

Required educational background:  Bachelor’sDegree in engineering, business, economics, or related field. Master´s degree in Business is advantageous,  or an equivalent experience and education.

10 years of experience in the power sector, preferably in renewable energy or PPAs.

More than 3 years of experience in equivalent position

Strong knowledge of project finance, PPA contract terms and conditions, pricing mechanisms, and risk management.

Purpose of the Position:

Assists the Country Manager N-GBU México in the management of her agenda, assists her in all aspects related tothe company’s business strategy, organization, presentations, communication, and performance management. Coordinates the administrative management for the Country Manager N-GBU México, follow-up of reporting andaction plans and assists in the planning of her leadership meetings and events.

Responsibilities and Job Functions:

Secretary role for the Management Team meetings: agenda, point of contact for the integration of new topics and broadcasting of the material prior to the committees, notes taking and preparation of the minutes, including actions to be taken, follow-up of the implementation of the action plans, registration in associated databases.

Governance: Coordination of the different workgroups, committees in which the CM/MD N-GBU America participates at country, regional and global level. Coordination of main files addressed to the management team.

Preparation of meetings, speeches, and presentations for the CM/MD N-GBU Americas in coordination with the Communication Department and other involved departments

Strategy: based on agreed business objectives and strategies, consolidates the follow up and reports for internal stakeholders.

Direct contact with the teams of the N-GBU Americas (Finance, HR, countries and VP of Operation and Performance) and other country managers and GBUs MD of the region.

Coordinates the Business Continuity Plan of Engie Mexico, making GBUs update their specific plans, organizing awareness session, drills and maintenance along with Integration and Process Management Department

Organizes and coordinate the Mexico REX Committee, that integrates the different subcommittees according to the specialties.

Cost Controller

Cuxtal II /CDMX

Propósito del puesto:

Controlar la gestión del presupuesto de los servicios y contratos en la empresa Servicios Especializados en

Gas Natural, S.a. de C.v. para el proyecto Cuxtal II, monitoreando los movimientos contables y los indicadores

definidos, así como las previsiones y actualizaciones que proporcione el área de nóminas y RRHH..

Calcular el Mejor Estimado del Proyecto y compararlo con el presupuesto aprobado para alertar en caso de

sobrecostos, retrasos y desviaciones en los servicios.

Aplicar y gestionar la metodología de control de presupuesto basada en los lineamientos definidos por el Grupo

(IPOS) y de acuerdo con el PMP (Project Management Plan) adaptado a las particularidades del proyecto y los

servicios que presta al proyecto Cuxtal II.

Responsabilidades y Funciones:

1. Administrar y controlar los centros de costo de la empresa SEGAN asignados al proyecto Cuxtal II para que sólo se carguen los movimientos de los servicios de acuerdo con lo aprobado y el origen del costo.

2. Coordinar con el equipo de GBS para llevar crear los pedidos de venta, la facturación, provisiones, y reclasificaciones para asegurar la disponibilidad de presupuesto en las distintas cuentas y CeCos en el marco de lo aprobado para el Proyecto.

3. Elaborar, monitorear y documentar en conjunto con el equipo de Proyecto la creación de solicitudes de pedido, órdenes de compra, aprobaciones de valorizaciones de contratistas y pagos de facturas en tiempo y forma para la adecuada gestión de los servicios prestados al Proyecto.

4. Automatizar y calcular el Mejor Estimado del Presupuesto de forma mensual de los servicios incluyendo información de lo realmente ejecutado en el periodo, lo incurrido, lo comprometido, lo estimado y los indicadores relevantes para la toma de decisiones de la dirección del proyecto.

5. Elaborar en conjunto con el equipo de proyecto las estimaciones de presupuesto pendiente por ejecutar de los servicios que presta SEGAN al proyecto, dentro del alcance vigente de los servicios. Incluye el análisis conjunto de saldos contractuales, órdenes de cambio, reducciones o ampliaciones de montos contratados.

6. Monitorear en conjunto con el equipo de proyecto el margen mensual del contrato de servicios prestado, documentar la revisión trimestral del margen, así como los indicadores relacionados con la gestión del presupuesto en el dashboard de control y reportes para internos del Proyecto.

7. Analizar el Mejor Estimado del presupuesto contra la línea base aprobada para detectar desviaciones y sugerir acciones para optimizar costos.

Perfil Ocupacional y experiencia:

Profesional del área de Finanzas, Contabilidad, Economía, Administración o Ingeniería con alto conocimiento en gestión de presupuestos y costos de proyectos preferentemente en proyectos de

transporte de gas natural.

Experiencia comprobable en control de costos y presupuesto en proyectos del sector energético, servicios profesionales, preferentemente de transporte de gas natural.

Conocimiento en administración de proyectos

Conocimiento en ingeniería y control de costos

Experiencia en sistemas ERP como usuario en módulo de control de  gestión (SAP u otro).

Deseable certificación por PMI o AACEI

Nivel avanzado de Excel

Deseable manejo de Power BI

Familiarización con análisis de ratios e indicadores de proyectos,

financieros, interpretación de estados de resultados y rentabilidad de

proyectos.

Familiaridad con necesidades y requerimientos de proyectos energéticos

y de infraestructura.

Ingles intermedio.

Mas 3 años de experiencia en posición similar.

Su labor es apoyar al Proponente en temas específicos del área mecánica en proyectos de Estaciones Conversor.

Requisitos:

Título profesional de Ingeniero Civil Mecánico.

10 años de experiencia laboral total en ingeniería mecánica en obras de salas de bombas, sistemas contra incendio, equipos de clima, equipos de clima precisión, pipe racks, entre otros.

Experiencia laboral demostrable corresponde a:

 •Diseño/verificación de salas de bombas, equipos de bombas verticales, horizontales y electro sumergibles.

•Diseño/verificación de sistemas contra incendios industriales. Patios de tanques de petróleo, subestaciones eléctricas, generadores, entre otros.

•Diseño/verificación de equipos de clima (remoción de carga térmica de recintos), incluye equipos de clima precisión.

 •Diseño/verificación de estructuras de soporte para pipe racks. Verificación mecánica de pipe racks.

•Elaboración/verificación de memorias de cálculo, especificaciones técnicas, cubicaciones, presupuestos y planos DWG.
