About the team

 

Our Power & Infrastructure Business Line provides high added value activities to the Global Business Units (GBUs) of ENGIE, the power generation sector, grid operators, and end-user industries in Europe. This covers applied research and on-the-field technical expertise. 

 

We are looking for a Delivery Lead to guide our Power Networks delivery activities into the future!

  

 

What you’ll be doing

 

You report to the Head of Delivery, manage a portfolio of Research Programs and Operational Services, and oversee Project Managers/Experts (about 15 people) to ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

You maintain a technology vision and roadmap, collaborate with People Teams for staffing, and work with the Sales Team to drive product strategy.

 

Your responsibilities as Delivery Lead Power Networks (F/M/X)

 

  • Contribute to the Business Line strategy and overall performance, including defining and implementing the annual strategic plan in the field of Power Networks.
  • Empower and coach project managers/ experts working on your delivery portfolio, collaborating closely with Sales and People Teams on offers and value propositions.
  • Transform contracts into deliveries by assigning requests, allocating resources, validating scope, planning, and budget, while ensuring customer satisfaction and overall performance.
  • Oversee the quality of deliverables, project management, billing strategies, and staffing needs, acting as a strategic partner with the People Teams.

Do you?

 

  • Hold a Master’s degree in Engineering with about 5 to 10 years’ experience in Power Networks?
  • Have proven project management skills, a track record of successful project delivery, and strong communication abilities?
  • Show interest in energy transition in Power Transmission & Distribution (HV, MV, LV) and electrical power generation, with relevant technical expertise?
  • Have experience in mentoring people to achieve customer satisfaction and deliver quality technical products and services?
  • Adapt easily, with a strong focus on customers’ needs.
  • Speak fluent English? Ideally, you should also be able to communicate in French and/or Dutch. The company offers language courses to support your professional development.
