About the team

 

Our Facility team is committed to providing a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment for our employees and clients. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our team and manage the development and improvement of our facilities.

 

What you’ll be doing

Your responsibilities as Site Transformation Project Manager

 

The Master Plan for the renovation of our Linkebeek site is a long-term strategic plan that outlines the vision, goals, and detailed plans for revitalizing and improving our site. This Master Plan serves as a roadmap for all renovation activities and typically includes project vision and objectives, site analysis and assessment, design and layout plans, budget and financial planning, regulatory compliance and permits, quality control and evaluation etc ...

 

As Site Transformation Project Manager you will be responsible for managing renovation projects. This includes planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of renovation projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

 

The project is situated on our site in Linkebeek.

 

You will report directly to the director in charge of Facilities.  

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, assess site feasibility, and collaborate with architects and engineers.
  • Project Execution: Oversee all renovation phases, coordinate contractors, and ensure compliance with design and safety standards.
  • Budget Management: Create and manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and provide financial updates to senior management.
  • Vendor Management: Select and negotiate with vendors, manage contracts, and ensure high-quality work.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure regulatory compliance, conduct safety inspections, and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, present project status reports, and facilitate meetings.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures, conduct final inspections, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Do you?

  • Hold a Master’s degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience.
  • Have at least 5 years of project management experience in an industrial setting, with a proven track record in managing large-scale projects and leading teams successfully.
  • Demonstrate strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills, along with effective communication and leadership abilities. Proficiency in French, Dutch, and English is required.
  • Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards is a plus.
