Your mission  
As Project Management Support – Infrastructure in our Infrastructure Business Area, you will contribute to our mission every day by assisting the Product Manager of Infrastructure in project coordination, business development, and strategic initiatives. Your role will be essential in managing multiple projects, preparing proposals, supporting business development activities, and ensuring operational efficiency.
 

Your key responsibilities  

• Assist in managing and coordinating infrastructure projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and internationally, ensuring timely progress and alignment with objectives.
• Support business development efforts by conducting market research, identifying opportunities, and contributing to proposal preparation.
• Coordinate and prepare project bids and RFP responses with internal teams, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
• Facilitate communication between the Product Manager of Infrastructure, internal teams, clients, and external partners to enhance collaboration.
• Maintain and organize project documentation, reports, and financial summaries for reviews and meetings.
• Conduct research and analysis on market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
• Provide operational support, including organizing business visits, meetings, and administrative tasks.
• Support additional strategic projects and initiatives in line with the goals of the Infrastructure department.

 
We would love to hear from people with  

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, business development, or a similar role within the infrastructure or construction sectors.
• Experience working directly with senior leadership and multi-disciplinary teams.

• You have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

• Preferred: You have experience in the infrastructure or construction industry and familiarity with proposal and bid preparation.
