The Role
You’ll lead our B2B IS team focusing on oversees Customer Relationship Management (CRM), pricing and forecasting systems and billing systems. You’ll lead the major transformation of the B2B IS landscape through setting up project management and related governance and ensure the continuity of B2B operations, by energising production support and managing our external service provider.
About you
- Tertiary qualification in Computer Science or related field and experience in IS project and team management
- Capability to organise and lead IS transformation projects, including establishing and managing governance structures such as steering committees
- Demonstrated experience in application support, including managing issues, monitoring, production continuity setup and handling external providers
