PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: |
- Taking ownership of assigned workstreams, proactively identifying next steps, collaborating with team members to solve problems and align on recommendations, and ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of all work products.
- Conducting research with internal and external resources on specific industry trends, markets, or technologies
- Structuring and executing end-to-end quantitative and qualitative analyses; validating inputs, assumptions, and outputs; developing leave-behind models; and distilling key findings and implications
- Confidently discussing and presenting own work to the manager and senior leadership as well as to clients, ensuring communication is clear, top-down, and focused on key takeaways, and adapting communication style to fit the audience
- Developing and preparing high-quality client-facing materials in the form of clear, concise, and visually compelling PowerPoint/Google Slides presentations, Word/Google Docs documents, or Excel/Google Sheets workbooks
- Developing effective relationships with client counterparts and representing ENGIE externally
- Contributing to organizational culture and operational improvements

The pay range for this role is: $71,400- $120, 750 Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographical market data. This position is eligible for our comprehensive and competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: |
- Education/ Certifications/ Experience
- Bachelor's Degree required in one of the following fields; applied sciences, environment or sustainability, engineering, economics, business, data science, or other related field; Master’s Degree preferred
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role; previous strategy experience in a consulting environment preferred
- Exposure to or professional knowledge of engineering and/or techno-economic analysis of energy systems appreciated, supply/value chain economics, and/or tech and electronics industries
- A combination of relevant experience, skills, and abilities may be considered in lieu of educational requirements.
- Competencies/ Skills/ Abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially quantitative, as the role will require sophisticated modeling; proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, R, Python, etc.) preferred
- Demonstrated strong critical thinking skills to interpret analytical findings, connecting them to the broader context and key questions posed by clients, ensuring that insights are actionable and strategically relevant
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly in creating and delivering engaging PowerPoint presentations to senior stakeholders
- Strong inter-personal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: |
- Work schedules are determined by business need and manager discretion; full time employment is considered 40 hours per week
