Job Purpose/Mission
The Enterprise Business Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, particularly in the B2B segment. You will lead efforts to optimize the sales process, align strategies with the overall business objectives, and cultivate key relationships with clients and stakeholders in order to maximise customer satisfaction. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, innovative solution development, and team leadership to maximize return on investment.
Responsibilities
Revenue Growth & Sales Channel Development: Lead the development and implementation of B2B sales strategies, contributing to 30% of the company’s overall revenue through effective sales channel development.
Product Sales Leadership: Drive the sales of Solar Business Systems and Bio-Digesters, along with other premium products offered by the company including PMEC.
Business Solutions Alignment: Ensure the alignment of Business Solutions Development strategies with the broader business objectives of the Products and Services division.
Process & Innovation Leadership: Champion continuous improvement and innovation at the process and procedure levels within Business Solutions Development, fostering a culture of excellence.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including Sales Managers, Product Teams, and external partners, to drive the execution of business solutions.
Communication Management: Maintain open lines of communication across all stakeholder groups—internal teams, customers, and external partners—to ensure smooth execution and high engagement.
Project Leadership: Oversee the planning and implementation of business requirements and marketing strategies for new projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Team Development & Leadership: Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team. Provide regular feedback, coaching, and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.
Marketing & Advertising Input: Provide input into advertising and communication strategies to support Business Solutions Development and drive brand visibility.
Data & Performance Analysis: Present insights on product performance by delivering accurate data analysis and reporting on key metrics—performance, project deliverables, quality, cost, and time.
Budget & Forecasting: Lead budgeting efforts, ensuring accurate forecasting and the alignment of resources with departmental and organizational goals.
Management Reporting: Generate and present reports to support key management decision-making processes.
Customer Segment Refinement: Continuously refine and enhance definitions of both B2B and B2C customer segments based on demographic trends, media consumption patterns, and behavior analysis.

Knowledge and skills
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in a similar role in sectors such as Agriculture Commodities, Telecommunications, or Financial Products.
Proven experience in project management, with either formal qualifications or practical experience.
Strong leadership abilities with experience in coaching and team development.
Skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate and lead both internal and external teams.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
Strong understanding of the enterprise sales landscape and customer needs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of a local vernacular language is an added advantage.
