The opportunity:

The Digital Marketing Manager will report to the Head of Digital Experience and will focus on acquisition strategy and campaign management. The role leverages agency expertise in execution and has one direct report.
This role has arisen due to an internal international secondment or “mission” as we call it at ENGIE and is for an 8 month period.
Responsibilities will include:
- Deliver online and inbound acquisition and retention leads and sales targets by managing the strategic investment
- Optimise online performance by contributing to the conversion rate optimisation program, using data and insights to drive strategic business decisions
- Deliver highest possible conversion for ATL and BTL acquisition campaigns by utilising Market Mix Modelling and Marketing Attribution data to inform decisions and designing online journeys
- Ensure media strategies and recommendations are thoroughly scrutinised and media agencies are held to account to deliver outcomes
- Management and development of Digital Co-ordinator
About you:
- Demonstrable technical experience in digital sales strategy
- Performance of similar role in services sector is advantageous, all qualified applicants welcome
- Ability to engage at all levels of an organisation with commercial influence
- Sales and outcome driven mindset
