The opportunity:

The Global Energy Management & Sales (GEMS) business unit is the fully integrated trading arm of the ENGIE Group. GEMS teams manage a large and highly diversified energy portfolio and provide a range of trading risk management solutions to all types of market participants in Europe, Asia Pacific and in the Americas.

 

Our corporate sales team is growing!  Excellent opportunity for a Product & Pricing Manager to join our Global Energy Management & Sales (GEMS) ANZ business to accelerate the transition to a carbon-neutral economy.

 

This is a newly created position,  reporting to the Head of B2B Supply, works in collaboration with the B2B Sales team and key internal stakeholders to support the development of the product pipeline for large electricity customers and to build out the foundations and internal processes to seamlessly meet future demand.

 

This highly engaged, collaborative and growing team, work closely with a broker network to supply commercial and industrial (C & I) customers with their energy.

 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the development of new products
  • Manage the integration of all C & I electricity products in collaboration with internal stakeholders, departments and operations
  • Optimise and enhance existing offers and products
  • Manage the commercial interests of B2B Supply in the pricing, booking, and hedging processes by engaging with Portfolio Representation and Optimisation (PRO), Forward Trading department, and other stakeholders
  • Quantitative analysis of the role’s performance will be heavily weighted towards overall B2B sales achievement and Mark to Market (MtM) of the B2B trading and hedging books

 About you:

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Commercially astute with energy markets exposure
  • Practical experience in trading and hedging practices
  • Strong ability to interpret complex agreements and commercial contracts
  • Sound analytical and time management skills
  • Outcome focused and proactive mindset
