Sobre a posição: 

 

Coordenará, orientará e fiscalizará a atividade realizada pela equipe contábil, envolvendo a análise, controle, contabilização, planejamento e consolidação de resultado, de acordo com a legislação vigente, diretriz e a estratégia preestabelecida.

 

 

Responsabilidades:

 

  • Assegurar que todas as demonstrações financeiras e declaração para autoridades fiscais sejam feitas de acordo com os princípios e normas contábeis e legislação pertinente, dentro dos prazos e das normas e procedimentos estabelecidos pela empresa;
  • Coordenar, organizar e orientar a equipe nas atividades da área, visando assegurar o fechamento dentro do prazo e procedimentos da empresa;
  • Gerar as obrigações assessorias;
  • Registrar atos e fatos contábeis, balancetes;
  • Elaborar e coordenar demonstrações contábeis, financeiras e notas explicativas;
  • Liderar auditorias externa atendendo solicitações de órgãos fiscalizadores e perícia por meio do fornecimento de informações e/ou explicações requeridas;
  • Prover orientações técnicas à equipe nas rotinas diárias da área Contábil;
  • Dar suporte aos clientes internos em eventuais dúvidas para atendimento dos processos e normas contábeis;
  • Monitorar as mudanças na legislação normas e procedimentos contábeis e avaliar seus impactos potenciais nas entidades da ENGIE Brasil Soluções;
  • Coordenar o processo de atualização e divulgação da documentação normativa e processos da área de atuação;
  • Coordenar e assegurar os reportes mensais dos valores realizados via sistema SMART;
  •  Monitorar as novas normas contábeis e/ou alterações e os seus efeitos;
  •  Suportar a integração de novas empresas adquiridas e ou novas SPE – Sociedade de Propósito Específico, os ajustes e melhorias dos processos e sistemas de informação para atender as necessidades internas e externas do Grupo;
  • Revisar as Demonstrações Contábeis das empresas, bem como avaliar a adequacidade dos controles internos estabelecidos pela Companhia;
  • Implantar em conjunto com a área de Tecnologia da Informação sistemas que possam automatizar e melhorar a produtividade do time.

 

 

 

Requisitos:

 

  • Superior Completo em Ciências Contábeis (CRC); Desejável Pós-Graduação;
  • Experiência prévia com Gestão de Pessoas; melhoria de processos, automatizações, implantação de sistemas na área Contábil;
  • Conhecimento Oracle;
  • Conhecimento Excel Avançado;
  • Conhecimentos técnicos:

Propósito del puesto: 

 

  • Impulsar la eficiencia y efectividad de las operaciones financieras a través del desarrollo de tableros, herramientas y automatizaciones. Este rol es fundamental para optimizar los procesos internos, mejorar la toma de decisiones y proporcionar análisis estratégicos que impulsen el crecimiento y la rentabilidad del negocio

 

Perfil Ocupacional y experiencia:

Licenciatura en Finanzas, Economía, Ingeniería Industrial, Informática o campo relacionado. Se valora la formación adicional en ciencias de la computación o análisis de datos.

Elaboración y control de presupuestos

Desarrollo y actualización de modelos financieros/económicos.

 

2-3 años en Finanzas, Planeación Financiera o similares

2-3 implementado herramientas digitales en Finanzas (business intelligence)

Uso de Sistemas ERP (SAP deseable, en especial modulo CO) y plataformas corporativas de Reporting.

Herramientas financieras y automatización de procesos en entornos de FP&A.

Dominio avanzado de herramientas de análisis y visualización de datos, como Excel, Power BI, Tableau, entre otros.

Conocimientos profundos de programación y scripting, especialmente en VBA, SQL, Python u otros lenguajes relevantes.

Capacidad demostrada para gestionar proyectos complejos de desarrollo de herramientas y sistemas, desde la concepción hasta la implementación.

Habilidades analíticas excepcionales y capacidad para traducir datos financieros en información estratégica y recomendaciones accionables.

Algunas de tus funciones serán:

 

Desarrollar y mantener tableros de control financieros y dashboards ejecutivos para monitorear el desempeño financiero y operativo de la empresa.

Diseñar y mejorar herramientas financieras, modelos de proyección y análisis de sensibilidad para apoyar la planificación financiera y la toma de decisiones estratégicas

Automatizar procesos manuales y rutinarios mediante el uso de herramientas como Excel, Python, Power BI, Tableau, VBA, SQL u otras plataformas relevantes de automatización.

Colaborar con los equipos de FP&A y IT para identificar oportunidades de mejora en los sistemas existentes y proponer soluciones innovadoras que optimicen la eficiencia y precisión de los datos financieros.

Liderar proyectos clave de implementación de nuevas herramientas y tecnologías, desde la identificación de necesidades hasta la puesta en marcha y capacitación del personal.

Proporcionar soporte técnico y capacitación a los usuarios finales para garantizar el correcto uso y funcionamiento de las herramientas y sistemas desarrollados.

Analizar financieramente los negocios a su cargo de manera diaria, en coordinación con el equipo de Contabilidad, para lograr el control presupuestal de P&L, CFFO (Cash from Operations) y Capex, cuestionando planes y supuestos cuando sea necesario, y recolectando información clave del negocio.

Apoyar en revisión de los paquetes de cierre contable para garantizar la integridad del reporting financiero, gestionando desviaciones y explicaciones entre la realidad y el presupuesto.

Sr Acquisition Investment & Financial Advisory (AIFA Sr)

 

Purpose of the Position:

 

Lead and be responsible for analyzing investment proposals for internal approvals, the structuring, negotiation and closing of M&A and project finance transaction, and for the management and coaching of junior members of the team As part of its mission, the Senior Financial Advisor will have responsibility for the valuation and risk analysis of new projects (including review of financial models) and for the preparation of financing plans, selection of funding sources / banks (in coordination with team leadership), structuring and execution of project financings and M&A transactions.

 

 

Responsabilities and Job Functions:

 

• Manage junior financial advisors and provide coaching to part of the team in Project Financing and financing documentation, M&A, and investment valuation and structuring.

• Monitor and assess liquidity and provide constructive advice on terms and general trends of regional and international project finance debt markets and Debt Capital Markets.

• Assist team leadership in the management of relationship with leading international commercial banks, regional and local commercial banks, relevant export credit and multilateral agencies and other funding institutions.

• Monitor and assess competitors’ approaches to financing / funding projects and potential mobilization of new financing sources.

• Be responsible for the risk assessment, valuation, financing plan structuring, negotiation and closing activities for greenfield, brownfield and M&A transactions in coordination with Business Development team.

• Advise on risk allocation, bankability issues, optimization & tax structuring.

• Responsible for reviewing and approving financing, accounting and tax related inputs in financial models (where required with the support of relevant expertise centres and/or external consultants)

• Contributes to the setting of internal procedures for the AIFA Latam team and responsible for adherence with Global AIFA procedures.

 

 

Ocupational Profile:

 

• Finance / Economics based degree or a professional qualification such as CFA, CIMA, ACA, ACCA (or equivalent)

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Project Financing and Financial Advisory.

• Demonstrated experience in leading, negotiating and closing large-scale international / regional project finance transactions in the energy sector.

• Experience in the Latam region.

• Experience in planning and managing complex financial closing processes.

• Experience in managing people.

 

 

• Specific Knowledge / skills

 

• Strong and proven analytical skills, including proficient financial modelling.

Responsabilidades

The Business Development Oversight Leader FG&R-GBU SouthAm  is responsible for Business Development Oversight for FG&R GBU at a regional level, in order to ensure compliance in decision making and investments with Group governance standards (compliance with strategic orientations, decision-making delegation thresholds within the GBU, compliance with Group financial criteria and those expressed by the health/safety, environment/CO2, legal and ethics departments, among others.) and securing the growth ambition of the GBU. In addition, provide field support and expertise to the Strategy Team, by conducting market analyses, assisting in the preparation of strategic deep dives, dialogues and seminars, recognizing the flexibility required to adapt to changes in business dynamics and evolving projects, in line with management and company guidelines.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Organize and supervise the Development and Investment Committees for the FG&R GBU at regional level, including the new business such as storage BESS and hydrogen (H2), in order to ensure that development and investment decisions are supported by market analysis, optimizing the new business management for the continued success of the GBU at regional level, providing input to development team, ensuring the quality of decision statements and organizing effective peer reviews.
  • Analyze and review Business Development investment files to ensure a disciplined and strategic approach to project developments, minimizing risks, ensuring consistency with strategic objectives and promoting informed and efficient decision making in the Business Development environment and full compliance with governance standards.
  • Work closely with Business Development teams at FG&R GBU to ensure anticipation of business developments, tracking the project development pipeline, making recommendations and providing support to BD teams, optimizing strategic planning and execution of plans aligned with the company's strategic vision and contributing to the overall success of the FG&R GBU.
  • Report to FG&R GBU management and regional/country management, participating in regular F-GBU Business BDO meetings, in order to maintain effective communication, coordinating strategies, aligning efforts with business objectives and ensuring that everyone is informed and engaged in the Business Development process.
  • Assist actively the strategy team in the definition and implementation of the corporate company's strategy initiatives, in order to facilitate market analysis, assisting in the preparation of strategic deep dives, dialogues and seminars, gathering and interpreting data to provide insights to support decision making, working closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication of strategic objectives and contributing to their implementation and execution.

What you bring:

  • University degree in an Economic-related field (projects / corporate Finance) or Civil, Commercial, Electrical, Mechanical or Electro-mechanical engineer
  • Solid Business Development & Project Management experience in a complex project environment/setting
  • Experience of the (thermal) power generation sector
  • Knowledge of governance processes
  • Proven track record in industry leadership and functional management
  • Mastery of / interest in data processing systems (Excel, Salesforce Grow, Power BI) appreciated
  • Excellent command and fluency in English (absolute must)
  • Spanish working proficiency
  • At least 5 years in business development 
  • At least 8-10 years business experience in the (thermal) power generation sector

Purpose of the Position: 

The Finance Director will direct and oversee the financial activities of the all the Transportation Companies, responding directly to the ENGIE MEXICO CFO at Engie structure and across the board to the Natural Gas Transport CEO for each Transportation Company based on the relationship established at each Transportation Company in the is yours Service Level Agreements (SLA).

The Finance Director will be responsible of the adequate financial control and strategies of those companies by providing leadership, direction and management of the finance teams (financial planning, controlling, treasury, taxes and accounting).

The Finance Director will lead the preparation of the financial reports and all other financial requirements maintaining the financial compliance of the company at Legal, Financial and Regulatory levels.

The Finance Director is responsible of the Board of Directors reporting and financial planning, maintaining the Top Management well informed and providing the adequate information on time for the decision making.

 

Responsabilities and Job Functions: 

 

- Responsible of the annual budget process, ensuring accurate and timely reporting for all the required versions (short, mid and long term), being able to explain the variations on a detailed and executive basis to ease the decision making and maintain well-informed to the top management and decision makers.

Propose restructures, resizing or cost efficiencies to improve the company financial performance with no risk and/or business impact. Identify and anticipate potential risks that could affect the financial results of the companies.

Ensure the proper control of the projects of the companies and their budgets, ensuring the compliance at financial, fiscal, legal and regulatory level.

- Coordinate and supervise the preparation of the financial statements (internal and external/audited) and coordinate the annual audit process to deliver the audited financials on timely manner to comply with the deadlines committed with the main stakeholders (Corporate Team, Lenders, Partners, Regulator, etc.)

Also is responsible to ensure the timely delivery of all the regulatory (tariff reviews, regulator audits and any other requirement) and tax reporting (tax declarations, tax opinions to avoid fines or penalties, maintaining the duly compliance of the company.

Liase with the external partners of the applicable Transportation Companies, being the main SPOC for them to ensure to cover their financial requirements and/or their information needs.

Prepare and present the periodical financial reporting to the Board of Directors and any other committee which requires financial inputs or information.

 

Ocupational Profile: 

  • BS in Public Accounting, business administration or finance required / Master’s Degree and/or CPA preferred.
  • Accounting in accordance with Mexican GAAPs and IFRS.
  • Taxes Reporting under IFRS and local GAAPs.
  • Strong Knowledge of Bank system and financing schemes, corporate and project finance, Insurance, Business Control, Enterprise Risk Management.
  • 5-10 years of experience as Sr Manager or Director in multinational companies.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish – Must

Purpose of the Position:

Assists the Country Manager N-GBU México in the management of her agenda, assists her in all aspects related tothe company’s business strategy, organization, presentations, communication, and performance management. Coordinates the administrative management for the Country Manager N-GBU México, follow-up of reporting andaction plans and assists in the planning of her leadership meetings and events.

 

Responsibilities and Job Functions:

 

Secretary role for the Management Team meetings: agenda, point of contact for the integration of new topics and broadcasting of the material prior to the committees, notes taking and preparation of the minutes, including actions to be taken, follow-up of the implementation of the action plans, registration in associated databases.

Governance: Coordination of the different workgroups, committees in which the CM/MD N-GBU America participates at country, regional and global level. Coordination of main files addressed to the management team.

Preparation of meetings, speeches, and presentations for the CM/MD N-GBU Americas in coordination with the Communication Department and other involved departments

 

Strategy: based on agreed business objectives and strategies, consolidates the follow up and reports for internal stakeholders.

 

Direct contact with the teams of the N-GBU Americas (Finance, HR, countries and VP of Operation and Performance) and other country managers and GBUs MD of the region.

 

Coordinates the Business Continuity Plan of Engie Mexico, making GBUs update their specific plans, organizing awareness session, drills and maintenance along with Integration and Process Management Department

 

Organizes and coordinate the Mexico REX Committee, that integrates the different subcommittees according to the specialties.

 

Occupational Profile:

Engineering, Business Administration,Bachelors in Economics or relatedcareers, preferably with postgraduate studies.

 

Administration, finance, strategy, process, economics, operation, and maintenance.
