- Design and Engineerings Support: Support the project design review, and support field engineering.

Responsibilities

- Act as the Project Manager and act as a Single Point of Contact with Owner´s and contractors.

- As the Owner´s Representative, lead the project team (construction managers and inspectors, procurement team, Project Control, QA/QC, HSE, HR, Engineering, commissioning).

- Assist the Owner on contractual matters, schedules and milestones. Communicate and anticipate potential risks in project plan.

- With the procurement team, support the project Owner on procurement strategies, scope of works splitting between contractors, and division of responsibilities.

- Issue Resolution: Manage and resolve issues that arise during the project, support the coordination with cross-functional teams and vendors for timely resolution

- Promote the project and construction follow-up meetings with constructor and Owner.

Requisites:

Descripción del cargo:

• Desarrollar diseños, especificaciones y/o estudios de ingeniería propios de las disciplinas CIVIL y ESTRUCTURAL.

• Colaborar con equipos de ingenieros y arquitectos en la ejecución de un proyecto o estudio.

• Coordinar y/o dirigir a equipos de proyectistas y dibujantes en la ejecución de un proyecto o estudio.

• Actuar como “Ejecutor” y eventualmente como “Revisor” en procesos de ingeniería generales, y como “Diseñador” y “Revisor” en procesos de elaboración de planos.

• Colaborar en la definición e implementación de normas, procedimientos y estándares técnicos propios de las disciplinas CIVIL y ESTRUCTURAL.

• Participar en el desarrollo de la ingeniería del dueño durante la construcción de un proyecto según sea requerido a las disciplinas CIVIL y ESTRUCTURAL.

RESPONSABILIDADES ESPECÍFICAS:

• Diseño CIVIL y ESTRUCTURAL de proyectos de infraestructura, edificios industriales, planta de generación, líneas y subestaciones eléctricas, etc.

• Coordinar y dirigir a equipos de proyectistas y dibujantes en la elaboración de planos del proyecto y/o de una parte de obra.

• Eventualmente revisar diseños realizados por pares, asegurando calidad técnica de éstos, revisando memorias de cálculo y planos correspondientes.

• Coordinar con equipos de otras disciplinas, principalmente de las disciplinas eléctrica, mecánica y procesos.

• Preparar Especificaciones Técnicas Generales y Particulares de movimiento de tierras, obras de hormigón y estructuras metálicas, entre otras.

• 8 años de experiencia profesional total, abarcando aspectos asociados a movimientos de tierra, diseño de hormigón armado y diseño de estructuras metálicas.

• Experiencia demostrable mínima de 4 años en proyectos de líneas y subestaciones.

• Manejo de software de diseño estructural, tales como SAP2000, STAAD PRO y TOWER.

• Manejo de software de dibujo AUTOCAD y conocimientos de REVIT.

El PMO es un miembro del equipo clave que trabajará directamente con el Proponente ayudando a mantener los objetivos, controlar el alcance, controlar el cronograma, controlar la calidad, validar los entregables, controlar el estado de los hallazgos, realizar análisis como por ejemplo recomendar acciones para mejorar los procesos propios de la Auditoría de la obra. 
Además, será la persona encargada de centralizar la información (Control Document), gestionar y coordinar todas las etapas de la Auditoría y Seguimiento Técnico. Su misión es agilizar el desarrollo y envío de los entregables, priorizar las obras ayudar a identificar los riegos y desarrollar planes de acciones para cumplir con los plazos establecidos, dentro de otras. Además, deberá mantener los estándares rigurosos y una investigación 
continua para cubrir las necesidades actuales de la Auditoría. 

Requisitos:

- Diplomado en Dirección de Proyectos o similar. (Este título deberá ser entregado junto con la entrega de la oferta). 

-  10 años de experiencia laboral ligados a obras de transmisión eléctrica sobre 220 kV. 

Auditor de Proyecto

El rol de Auditor corresponde al profesional responsable de todas las etapas de la Auditoría y Seguimiento Técnico, incluyendo la planificación, diseño, ejecución de actividades, la elaboración de los informes y las conclusiones. Representa a la empresa que presta el servicio de Auditoría y Seguimiento Técnico en las comunicaciones con el Coordinador y Adjudicatario, organiza y dirige a los Expertos Técnicos, previene y resuelve conflictos. 

Requisitos:

- Poseer un título profesional de Ingeniero Civil Eléctrico o Electricista, Ingeniero Civil Estructural o en Obras Civiles. 

- 15 años de experiencia laboral a cargo de proyectos de transmisión eléctrica en tensiones igual o superior a 220 kV. 

- 5 de los 15 años de experiencia en construcción de Estaciones Conversoras, habiendo dirigido un proyecto HVDC en todas sus etapas, Planificación, Ingeniería, Concesiones y Permisos, Suministro, Construcción y Puesta en Servicio, en puestos tales como Director de Proyecto o Gerente de Proyecto. 

- Acreditar a lo menos 40 horas de formación en Auditoría.
