The Role
You’ll lead the technical direction and oversee the implementation of GEMS ANZ digital tools, defining IS architecture and supervising the software development to ensure seamless integration, optimal quality, performance, and user satisfaction. You’ll ensure robust production support by diligently monitoring and logging operational processes, service continuity design, and applying continuous improvement practices.

About you

• Tertiary qualification in Computer science or related field
• Demonstrated technical leadership experience in software development
• Advanced knowledge of software development using C# .Net, technical Architecture, application design and Cloud infrastructure setup
• Proficiency in setting up development best practices and tools for developing, testing, and deploying software functionality in production
