  • You have a Graduate or A2 level degree (Mechanics/Electromechanics) with preferably several years of relevant experience as a maintenance technician within a maintenance environment.

Ce vei face:

 

  • Vei executa lucrări privind verificările tehnice în utilizare la aparatele de încălzit alimentate cu combustibil gazos, cazane de apă caldă cu putere P < 400 kW și cazane de abur de joasă presiune cu debit Q ≤ 0,6 t/h și Pmax abur ≤ 0,5 bari;
  • Vei întocmi documentația în urma verificării în conformitate cu prescripțiile tehnice ISCIR, în măsura competențelor obținute;
  • Vei executa lucrări de verificări și revizii tehnice și reparații defecte la instalațiile de utilizare gaze naturale;
  • Vei întocmi devize pentru lucrările de reparație, modernizare, înlocuire la instalațiile de utilizare a gazelor naturale și aparate de consum gaze naturale, în scopul contractării acestora de către client;
  • Vei controla în teren și vei verifica instalația în funcționare după execuția operațiunilor de instalare, montaj, reparații și revizii, efectuate de personalul de specialitate, la aparatele de încălzit alimentate cu combustibil gazos, cazane de apă caldă cu putere P ≤ 400 kW și cazane de abur de joasă presiune cu debit Q ≤ 0,6 t/h și Pmax abur ≤ 0,5 bari, a arzătoarelor cu combustibili gazoși;
  • Vei promova și încheia contracte de prestări servicii de verificări și revizii tehnice la instalațiile de utilizare gaze naturale și la centralele termice.

 

Experiență, calificări, cunoștințe și abilități:

 

  • Studii superioare tehnice finalizate cu diplomă de licență;
  • Atestat ISCIR - RVT - Responsabil cu verificarea tehnică;
  • Autorizație ANRE - gradele EGD și EGIU, în termen de valabilitate;
  • Minimum 2 ani experiență în domeniul gazelor naturale; 
  • Cunoștințe de bază în utilizarea echipamentelor digitale;
  • Determinare și responsabilitate;
  • Abilități de comunicare verbală și scrisă;
  • Gândire tehnică;
  • Capacitatea de a lucra în echipă;
  • Permis auto categoria B.

Director of Interconnection - MISO

The Director of Interconnection will be responsible for managing the interconnection and grid integration process to support the company's overall development and operational goals across the Midcontinent Independent System Operator (MISO). Focus will be on the Company’s existing ~10 GW pipeline of utility scale stand-alone energy storage projects in MISO, as well as new project analysis. You will be responsible for transmission-related topics including tariffs, planning, technical evaluation, contract negotiations and the overall interconnection process through the full life cycle of development and construction of projects.

 

Every day in this role you will be responsible for managing the interconnection process and monitor key milestones throughout the lifecycle of the project from early-stage development to commercial operation.

  

  • Coordinate, review and interpret interconnection and transmission studies performed by utilities and outside consultants
  • Function as main liaison with project developers, and third-party consultants, on matters relating to interconnection to provide technical insight and business solutions to reduce interconnection cost and remove obstacles to project development
  • Perform/manage analysis to predict interconnection capacity, deliverability, and other key parameters to support project development and have experience with load flow modeling and analyses
  • Conduct due-diligence review for potential interconnection and transmission risks related to potential projects, portfolio acquisitions, and commercial transactions; provide recommendations to the acquisition team
  • Perform transmission assessments and policy reviews to forecast future system conditions and determine commercial viability to support development and construction activities
  • Negotiation of contractual agreements with utilities
  • Collaborate with engineering team in optimizing project’s engineering design in support of grid integration requirements 
  • Represent the Company to establish and maintain productive relationships with key utility and MISO personnel, industry groups, regulators and other stakeholders on issues related to transmission and interconnection
  • Monitor regional transmission planning process and interconnection policy changes; participate as stakeholder in transmission and market-related regulatory activities as necessary with collaboration with the Company’s regulatory and development teams
  • Review utility transmission planning reports and present findings to the Company
  • Provide technical support for project development and acquisition activities in the evaluation of transmission system and planning issues
  • Actively monitor the progress of required system upgrades and identify creative mitigation solutions to support development of projects

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Construction, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Environmental Science, Management, or another Analytical field required
  • Minimum of ten (10) years’ relevant work experience and six (6) years of experience in MISO transmission planning or generation interconnection with a minimum at a developer or consulting firm
  • Deep understanding of the interconnection process in MISO
  • Familiar with power system modeling and transmission planning/generator interconnection studies
  • Experience in transmission planning, grid operation and generator interconnection topics in MISO
  • Have established or able to establish strong working relationships with utilities, MISO, and industry stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze power flow and system impact studies for interconnection of multiple types of generation
  • Understanding of electrical diagrams/systems and preliminary site plans
  • Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills, capable of applying advanced engineering principles to identify and solve complex issues

The Project Development Manager will be responsible for the development of utility scale battery storage projects across the California Independent System Operator (CAISO) market. In this role you will support the development of existing pipeline, new greenfield development, and project acquisition. Efficiently communicate complex development situations, and work through development issues from the start of development through construction.  Travel as necessary for siting, development and commercial activities as required to keep development on track.

  • Manage/analyze information flow relevant to project development from internal subject matter experts and external consultants/vendors

  • Drive decisions and prioritize allocation of resources based on a deep understanding of schedule dependencies and financial impacts
  • Maintain a rigorous understanding of the overall state of the energy storage market in CAISO, including regulatory and competitive matters, to inform development decisions
  • Track project progress through key development milestones, managing schedules and budgets, and coordinating across disciplines within the Company
  • Manage and/or support due diligence activities for acquisitions
  • Manage negotiation of lease/purchase options and agreements for site control
  • Coordinate engineering activities in pursuit of permits and as required for interconnection matters
  • Work closely with engineering team in support of design and EPC process

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Demonstrated success and experience developing utility scale energy storage and/or renewable energy projects, within CAISO or other ISO
  • Familiarity with relevant state, county and city codes, procedures and regulations required by local planning and building departments
  • Experience preparing, negotiating, and closing commercial agreements including development agreements, site control agreements, consulting and service agreements, interconnection, and power sales agreements, etc.
  • Ability to manage a large workload across a large portfolio, while prioritizing tasks and effectively managing competing deadlines
  • Detailed understanding of the CAISO market or other ISO with particular focus on interconnection, regulatory and offtake matters
  • Ability to evaluate development status and efficiently inform critical decision making with management

ENGIE Energy Access (EEA) is looking for an experienced and mission-driven leader to for our operations in Mozambique. You should be hungry to make an ambitious pitch for a scaled and sustainable model for our successful solar home system (SHS) in the Mozambican market. You have the skills and passion to take an already high-performing team to new heights, and to solidify our market-leader status as we break into new verticals and optimize our business model over the coming years.

 

As the Country Director in Mozambique, you are ultimately accountable in country for all aspects of EEA Mozambique’s work. You will own the opportunity of leading and growing a high-performing team of over 200 (including a young and vibrant leadership team) and further scaling and diversifying our business by building out the operations for optimal geographical coverage of Mozambique, developing government relationships, and ensuring the business’s long-term strategic and financial sustainability.

Strategy Development and Implementation

  • Develop and implement the multi-year strategic vision and annual country business plan, aligned to the overall EEA strategic plan.

Knowledge and skills Experience:

Dès que possible, vous rejoignez de l’équipe Opérations et participez au développement, à l’animation et au pilotage du réseau des partenaires installateurs ENGIE My Power. Dans ce cadre, vous êtes l’interlocuteur des installateurs partenaires tout au long du partenariat.

Les missions sont réparties en 4 principales activités sur votre secteur :

  • Planification et contrôle qualité des interventions (visites techniques, installations)
    • Envoi des ordres d’interventions selon un process défini ;
    • Préparation des dossiers techniques de poses (validation commandes matériel, etc.) ;
    • Validation des retours de poses pour mise en paiement des factures ;
    • Pilotage des coûts d’interventions pour maitriser la marge brute.
  • Suivi de la sécurité sur les chantiers
    • Accompagnement et sensibilisation des partenaires aux exigences sécurité ENGIE My Power ;
    • Réalisation de visites terrain pour évaluation de la culture sécurité de l’entreprise et du respect des exigences ;
    • Analyse des chantiers complexes à traiter pour création de plans d’actions.
  • Recrutements de nouveaux installateurs
    • Définition des capacités d’interventions selon le volume de ventes sur le secteur, afin de respecter les engagements sur les délais pour nos clients ;
    • Recherche d’installateurs sur le secteur pour compléter, si nécessaire, le réseau avec un cahier des charges strict ;
    • Onboarding opérationnel des nouveaux installateurs recrutés (process, fonctionnement, formation aux outils…).
  • Suivi contractuel
    • Pilotage des KPI quantitatif et qualitatif (délais de pose, taux de conformité, aspects financiers, etc.) ;
    • Suivi des documents constitutifs du contrat de partenariat (attestations QualiPV, assurances décennales, attestations URSSAF, etc.) ;
    • Négociations tarifaires annuelles.

Vous échangez régulièrement avec le bureau d’études ENGIE My Power et les équipes commerciales, afin d’assurer une bonne continuité de l’information et augmenter la satisfaction des clients.

Director of Interconnection - CAISO

The Director of Interconnection will be responsible for managing the interconnection and grid integration process to support the company's overall development and operational goals in California Independent System Operator “CAISO”. Focus will be on the Company’s existing ~10 GW pipeline of utility scale stand-alone energy storage projects in CAISO, as well as new project analysis. You will be responsible for transmission-related topics including tariffs, planning, technical evaluation, contract negotiations and the overall interconnection process through the full life cycle of development and construction of projects.

 

Every day in this role you will be responsible for managing the interconnection process and monitor key milestones throughout the lifecycle of the project from early-stage development to commercial operation.

  

  • Coordinate, review and interpret interconnection and transmission studies performed by utilities and outside consultants
  • Function as main liaison with project developers, and third-party consultants, on matters relating to interconnection to provide technical insight and business solutions to reduce interconnection cost and remove obstacles to project development
  • Perform/manage analysis to predict interconnection capacity, deliverability, and other key parameters to support project development and have experience with load flow modeling and analyses
  • Conduct due-diligence review for potential interconnection and transmission risks related to potential projects, portfolio acquisitions, and commercial transactions; provide recommendations to the acquisition team
  • Perform transmission assessments and policy reviews to forecast future system conditions and determine commercial viability to support development and construction activities
  • Negotiation of contractual agreements with utilities
  • Collaborate with engineering team in optimizing project’s engineering design in support of grid integration requirements 
  • Represent the Company to establish and maintain productive relationships with key utility and CAISO personnel, industry groups, regulators and other stakeholders on issues related to transmission and interconnection
  • Monitor regional transmission planning process and interconnection policy changes; participate as stakeholder in transmission and market-related regulatory activities as necessary with collaboration with the Company’s regulatory and development teams
  • Review utility transmission planning reports and present findings to the Company
  • Provide technical support for project development and acquisition activities in the evaluation of transmission system and planning issues
  • Actively monitor the progress of required system upgrades and identify creative mitigation solutions to support development of projects

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Construction, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Environmental Science, Management, or another Analytical field required
  • Minimum of ten (10) years’ relevant work experience and six (6) years of experience in CAISO transmission planning or generation interconnection with a minimum at a developer or consulting firm
  • Deep understanding of the interconnection process in CAISO
  • Familiar with power system modeling and transmission planning/generator interconnection studies

Development Director

The Director of Development will be responsible for the development of utility scale battery storage projects across California with an emphasis on locations in the San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles Basin. In this role you will be leading development efforts on portions of the Company’s ~9 GW existing positions, greenfield development, and project acquisition. Efficiently communicate complex development situations, and work through development issues from the start of development through construction. Travel as necessary for siting, development and commercial activities as required to keep development on track.

 

Every day in this role you will be responsible for managing and supporting permitting, site control, interconnection matters, power marketing, design/Engineering, Procurement, Construction “EPC”, financing, and other matters critical to the development of energy storage projects throughout California.

 

  • Manage/analyze information flow relevant to project development from internal subject matter experts and external consultants and vendors
  • Ownership of project inputs/assumptions and coordinating updates with respective internal groups
  • Manage project level progress, risks, opportunities, and economics while providing thoughtful analysis and risk evaluation
  • Drive decisions and prioritize allocation of resources based on a deep understanding of schedule dependencies and financial impacts
  • Maintain a rigorous understanding of the overall state of the energy storage market in California, including regulatory and competitive matters, to inform development decisions
  • Track project progress through key development milestones, managing schedules and budgets, and coordinating across disciplines within the Company
  • Manage and/or support due diligence activities for acquisitions
  • Manage negotiation of lease/purchase options and agreements for site control
  • Coordinate engineering activities in pursuit of permits and as required for interconnection matters
  • Work closely with engineering team in support of design and EPC process

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Construction, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Environmental, Science, Management, or another Analytical field required
  • Minimum of ten (10) years’ relevant work experience and a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in energy storage or renewable energy development, with experience in project management, permitting, offtake negotiation, interconnection, California Environmental Quality Act “CEQA”, planning, real estate, and other matters critical to development in California
  • Demonstrated success and experience developing utility scale energy storage and/or renewable energy projects in California
  • Familiarity with relevant state, county and city codes, procedures and regulations required by local planning and building departments
  • Experience preparing, negotiating, and closing commercial agreements including development agreements, site control agreements, consulting and service agreements, interconnection, and power sales agreements
  • Ability to manage a large workload across a large portfolio, while prioritizing tasks and effectively managing competing deadlines
  • Detailed understanding of the CAISO market with particular focus on interconnection, regulatory and offtake matters
  • Ability to evaluate development status and efficiently inform critical decision making with management

 

Additional Details

  • This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy; and can work remotely until we open the San Francisco, CA office
  • Must be available to travel domestically up to 30% of the time with the need for some overnight trips
  • Must be willing and able to comply with ENGIE’s policy with respect to COVID vaccination and testing
  • Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies
  • Could involve some lifting / up to 30 lbs

 

Compensation

Salary Range: $146,300.00 – $224,135.00 USD, annually.

 

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

Actual offered salary may depend on geography, experience, industry knowledge, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
