Job Description
The Marketing and Communications Manager role is responsible for creating and implementing internal employee communications, supporting marcomms activities to bolster ENGIE Impact’s positioning & branding with potential recruits and clients.
The ideal candidate will have proven ability to execute communication plans, have strong writing skills, and a natural ability to think strategically while delivering tactical results. This role works with the Philippines management team while liaising with the broader marketing and communications team firmwide.
End-End management of communications activities
- Helps create a best-in-class internal communications strategy for the Philippines while coordinating with the global team
- Develops communication materials using a variety of tactics and formats (written communications, presentation materials, digital platforms, town halls, etc.) to keep internal teams aligned with the vision and mission of the organisation
- Ensures communication messaging and materials are high quality, accurate, appropriate and integrated with firm priorities and themes
- Works with appropriate firm personnel to create and maintain content for employee communication channels
- Drives Employee engagement activities
- Works in coordination with global marketing with respect to external communications programs
Employer Branding Activities
- Manage and represent ENGIE Impact at external forums
- Develop creative ways to market recruiting campaigns
- Assists the HR team in the planning, coordination and execution of employer branding materials and events
- Ensures all branding materials are in alignment with global brand and acts as the guardian of ENGIE Impact’s brand in market
Metric Reporting and Management
- Implements metrics reports to measure effectiveness of communication and branding activities with the goal of continuously improving strategy and execution

- Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree in marketing communications or other relevant fields
- At least 8-10 years of professional experience
- Possesses outstanding oral and written communications skills including superior writing, grammar, editing and proofreading skills
- Experience in creating and managing events end-end
- Willingness to build relationships and collaborate across the broader Marketing and Business team, and with the firm’s HR, and talent acquisition teams
- Strong team player with the ability to work effectively with partners and staff at all levels
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in small and large groups
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
