Work environment 

The Mechanical Equipment Department is in charge of the following tasks:
•    Expertise in mechanical components;
•    Procurement of Mechanical Equipment;
•    Design of Mechanical Equipment;
•    Contractor and Site Quality Surveillance;
•    Equipment qualification studies.

Mission 

As member of the group ‘Equipment Design & Supply’, you will be in charge of the following activities in close relation with the project managers, customers and suppliers:
•    Purchase of mechanical equipment (valves, valve actuators, pumps, compressors, handling equipment,…) and their spare parts:
  •  Technical expertise and definition of the needs;
  • Preparation of the documents for call for tenders – technical requisition file, requirements in relation to quality assurance, commercial documents...;
  • Technical review and analysis of the supplier’s bids;
  • Support in the commercial negotiations with the suppliers;
  • Follow-up of the contract from the kick-off meeting until the final acceptance on site.
•    Sizing studies for valve actuators;
•    Assistance to customers in mechanical expertise, in particularly for valves, pumps and valve actuators;
•    Qualification of equipment by study or by test campaigns;
•    Detailed design of mechanical equipment;
•    Manufacturing follow-up of equipment in close cooperation with the quality surveillance section and with the customer;
•    Assisting the project manager and the customer in meetings and technical discussions with the safety authorities.

Profile 

•    Mechanical / Electromechanical engineer with experience in the engineering sector;
•    Professional knowledge in speaking English, French and Dutch;
•    Fluent in reading and writing in English (required) and Dutch or French (at least one of both);
•    Interest in design, manufacturing and site operation activities;
•    Ability to draft reports, synthesis, calculation notes and technical specifications;
•    Knowledge in materials, manufacturing, maintenance and quality assurance is an asset;
•    Ready to work abroad (Europe) and at the customer’s premises for short or long missions.
•    Knowledge of 3D CAD programs is an asset;
•    Methodical, accurate, solution minded, communicative, team-player skills;

The GET program aims to deliver the future business and IT core model with a central “one ERP / One ARIBA” platform. The functional context of the program covers a set of functional areas including accounting, controlling and procurement as main areas.

The GET program offers a unique opportunity to onboard on one of the most ambitious and strategic Enterprise transformation programs with a very high IT footprint with S/4 & SAP ARIBA as central IT components. The SAP CO expert role is proposed to reinforce the internal team supporting the core model delivery and coordinating the pilots/rollouts.

This role will be N-2 to GET IT Lead and directly reporting to the core model IT lead.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Bring expertise on SAP FICO with major on FI
  • Help the business teams in business requirement definition and ensure coherence with the SAP S/4 capabilities
  • Responsible for reviewing the integrator delivery and challenge the proposed solutions
  • Align with the business team to ensure the proposed solution is aligned with the core model and the program guidelines
  • Work with the integrator teams and SAP teams to secure design authority presentations for arbitrations
  • Secure testing phases and ensure quality of test delivery by the IT integrator
  • Drive discussions in multi-cultural / global context with multiple stakeholders.

 

Position requirements

  • Very good knowledge of the SAP FICO area.
  • Understanding the process of translating business requirements and processes into IT solution in S/4.
  • At least 5 years experience in similar position
  • Good references in the previous experiences with other customers
  • Fluent English (oral/written)
  • May require national & international mobility.

Dès que possible, vous rejoignez de l’équipe Opérations et participez au développement, à l’animation et au pilotage du réseau des partenaires installateurs ENGIE My Power. Vous avez en charge la planification et le suivi de la bonne réalisation des chantiers dans le respect du cahier des charges et des règles de l’art.

Dans ce cadre, vous êtes l’interlocuteur des installateurs partenaires tout au long du partenariat.

Les missions sont réparties en 4 principales activités sur votre secteur :

  • Planification et contrôle qualité des interventions (visites techniques, installations)
    • Envoi des ordres d’interventions selon un process défini ;
    • Préparation des dossiers techniques de poses (validation commandes matériel, etc.) ;
    • Validation des retours de poses pour mise en paiement des factures ;
    • Pilotage des coûts d’interventions pour maitriser la marge brute.
  • Suivi de la sécurité sur les chantiers
    • Accompagnement et sensibilisation des partenaires aux exigences sécurité ENGIE My Power ;
    • Réalisation de visites terrain pour évaluation de la culture sécurité de l’entreprise et du respect des exigences ;
    • Analyse des chantiers complexes à traiter pour création de plans d’actions.
  • Recrutements de nouveaux installateurs
    • Définition des capacités d’interventions selon le volume de ventes sur le secteur, afin de respecter les engagements sur les délais pour nos clients ;
    • Recherche d’installateurs sur le secteur pour compléter, si nécessaire, le réseau avec un cahier des charges strict ;
    • Onboarding opérationnel des nouveaux installateurs recrutés (process, fonctionnement, formation aux outils…).
  • Suivi contractuel
    • Pilotage des KPI quantitatif et qualitatif (délais de pose, taux de conformité, aspects financiers, etc.) ;
    • Suivi des documents constitutifs du contrat de partenariat (attestations QualiPV, assurances décennales, attestations URSSAF, etc.) ;
    • Négociations tarifaires annuelles.

Vous échangez régulièrement avec le bureau d’études ENGIE My Power et les équipes commerciales, afin d’assurer une bonne continuité de l’information et augmenter la satisfaction des clients.

Localisation

Le poste est basé à Mérignac. La nature du poste nécessite des déplacements terrains chaque semaine afin d’être au plus proche des équipes, contrôler la sécurité sur les chantiers et la bonne maitrise des techniques de poses par le réseau d’installateurs.

You will address the technical follow-up of the civil works related to the different projects that are ongoing and will be realized in the frame of

  • Long Term Operations – namely the projects associated to the anticipated life time extension of Doel 4;
  • Decommissioning and Dismantling – namely both the new build and modifications associated to the final shutdown of Doel 1, 2 and 3;

  • inspecting the Contractors’ execution activities, verifying compliance with execution drawings and documents (erection methodology etc.);
  • verifying and monitoring of Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) requirements;
  • management of the technical interfaces between Contractors;
  • management and follow up of main design modifications;
  • participation to regular meetings with the stakeholders: progress, challenges, interfaces, HSE, etc.;
  • drafting work orders and site orders, issuing notes on the execution and shortcomings, and checking the progress reports prepared by the Contractors;
  • continually exchanging information on developments in work, studies, etc.;

 

The successful candidate

  • Holds a Master degree in civil/structural engineering. Relevant professional experience in an engineering environment, including design assignments and erection follow-up, preferably in an industrial environment is an advantage;

The working environment 

 

You will work as Project Manager for our department Buildings which is responsible for engineering and consultancy services related to the development and realization of Buildings, including Residential, Tertiary and Industrial Buildings, Sport Infrastructures and consultancy missions related to buildings. These projects cover feasibility, basic design, detailed design, technical assistance during construction and on-site construction follow-up. Our activity is mainly situated in Belgium, even though we have projects worldwide in specific market segments.

 

Your function

  • You lead, motivate and manage a project team of multidisciplinary engineers and draftsmen for your projects;
  • You are responsible for ensuring the respect of budget, the timing and the quality of our engineering services and the works on site. You will make sure that the projects assigned to you will be executed in accordance to our quality system and our H&S rules;
  • You are responsive and make the necessary decisions when it comes to MEP construction (HVAC, electrical systems, etc.)
  • You report progress for all your projects on a monthly basis;
  • You participate in the technical design of your projects (mainly in preliminary design);
  • You enhance an integrated design process by looking transversally over the different disciplines involved;
  • You prepare and submit tenders and contracts (assistance of our sales team);
  • You work together with external partners (such as architects, other design and engineering consultancies, subcontractors, contractors during the construction phase, etc.) in a constructive way;

Your profile

  • You have a Master degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or equivalent;
  • You have a minimum of 10 years of experience with project management in MEP works;
  • You are rather a generalist than a specialist, with background in MEP or Architectural engineering;
  • The projects you worked on were preferably building projects with high environmental ambition;
  • You were ideally involved in all aspects and phases of your projects: competition, design, studies, tender, execution, management,…);
  • You have experience with competitive bidding (competitions): conceptual design, quick estimation of building cost, definition and negotiation of the fee, presentation to the client or authorities, etc.
  • You have experience in conducting multidisciplinary projects in Construction with multiple stakeholders, time and budget constraints;
  • You have and create good contacts with architects thanks to your communication skills;
  • You are familiar with project planning and management approaches and are project financials literate;
  • You are client oriented and flexible;
  • You are a team player;
  • You are Fluent in French and you have a professional level English.

Mission

  • Providing leadership for power systems projects and workstream teams – including clarity of allocated responsibilities, objectives & deliverables, maintaining focus according to the project vision and overall project success from the conceptual stage (tender/offer preparation) to the final stage (presentation to the Client and final approval);

  • Power grids operation and control analysis regarding power system stability, voltage control, frequency regulation, short-circuit level and steady-state security assessment;
  • Power systems modelling based on EUROSTAG/SmartFlow and/or PSS/E and/or Neplan software tools for steady-state analysis and transient stability analysis – possible to be developed on the job;

Profile

  • Engineering background: University “Politehnica” Bucharest – Faculty of Power Engineering or similar;
  • Demonstrable and proven experience in projects coordination;
  • Relevant experience in power system consultancy – a minimum experience between 5 and 8 years is targeted;
  • Good knowledge of the Romanian Power SystemkV;
  • Writing consultancy reports;
  • Good communication skills – both written and oral;
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams;
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office package;
  • Ability to work efficiently in an international environment;
  • Good knowledge and use of specific power system dedicated software tools such as: Eurostag/SmartFlow and/or PSS/E and/or Neplan or equivalent – nice to have;

Description du poste :

 

Vous interviendrez sur des grands projets Nucléaires (Programme Grand Carénage d’EDF, EPR UK, EPR2 France et à l’export, Projet Iter, le SMR Nuward …) en France et vous serez acteur du développement des compétences dans le domaine Mécanique et de Génie Civil au sein de TRACTEBEL.

 

Directement rattaché aux directeurs des opérations de la Business Stream France/UK, vous serez amené à coordonner un ou plusieurs projets de manière simultanée selon leurs importances au sein de la direction Nucléaire & Industrie.

 

Vous devez fournir les conditions et les moyens nécessaires pour l'atteinte des objectifs de performances, de compétitivité et de satisfaction client en assurant la gestion complète de son projet (technique, administratif et budgétaire) de la phase offre à la livraison.

 

Vous êtes responsable de la conduite de projets industriels nucléaires ou conventionnels, et pilotez une équipe d'ingénieurs et de techniciens/projeteurs. Spécialisé dans la réalisation d'ouvrages de Génie Civil, de Bâtiments ou d'installations industrielles, vous avez la responsabilité des études de conception et du suivi d'exécution.

 

Vous aurez en charge le suivi global des projets qui vous seront confiés en assurant :

 

  • La gestion des projets pluridisciplinaires (Métiers GC, Tout Corps Etat, …)
  • L'organisation et la coordination des études tout corps d'état (pilotage des ingénieurs spécialistes des différents services techniques)
  • L'interface technique opérationnelle auprès du client
  • Le management de projets sur les aspects performances, coûts, délais, …
  • Gérer et anticiper les risques et les aléas sur le projet
  • La gestion contractuelle et juridique
  • Gérer et négocier les écarts et avenants
  • L’animation de réunions relatives aux projets
  • Le reporting avec des indicateurs de projet (valeur acquise, avancement, ...)
  • Ceci pour toute la durée des projets, des phases d'offres jusqu'à la réception globale des constructions

 

Pour cela vous devrez :

  • Appliquer la démarche qualité pour chaque projet ;
  • Gérer la planification des projets,
  • Assurer le reporting auprès de la direction ;
  • Gérer les relations clients et les accompagner pour garantir le meilleur développement possible des projets ;
  • Participer aux réponses aux appels d'offre (Retour d’expérience notamment) ;

Participer au développement de l'activité de l'unité.

 

Votre profil

De formation supérieure technique type ingénieur Bac+5 généraliste (ESTP, INSA, ENTPE, École des Mines, etc.),, vous justifiez d’une expérience d’au minimum 5 ans en maîtrise d'œuvre de bâtiment / installations acquise en Ingénierie en tant que chef de projet/pilotage de projets (idéalement des projets d’infrastructures ou de GC).

 

Vous maitrisez les aspects techniques, contractuels, juridiques et financiers d’un contrat d’ingénierie.

Une certification de projet type PMP ou Prince est appréciable
