Recibir requerimientos de ingeniería para transformarlos en diseño y documentos aplicados: esquemas, listados, disposición de equipos eléctricos, diagrama unilineal, planos malla puesta a tierra, canalizaciones eléctricas, servicios auxiliares y cubicaciones; a través de Autocad y PLSCadd.

Experiencia de a lo menos 5 años en cargos similares.

Requisitos
• Profesional Técnico o Ingeniero titulado con experiencia comprobada en diseño de proyectos de líneas de transmisión de Alta Tensión.
• Imprescindible (demostrable) el uso y utilización de los programas de cálculo y diseño de líneas eléctricas aéreas PLS-CADD. Experiencia en el uso de los otros softwares derivados PLS POLE y PLS TOWER (no excluyente).
• Experiencia en la definición técnica de los trazados de líneas de alta tensión y conocimientos básicos de conceptos de topografía asociado a proyectos de líneas de transmisión aéreas.
• Conocimiento de la normativa Chilena de diseño de líneas aéreas (RPTD, NTSyCS), en particular, en lo referente a las distancias eléctricas de seguridad, aislación, franja de seguridad, etc.
• Conocimiento de normativas internacionales generales de diseño de líneas aéreas (IEEE, IEC, etc.)
• Conocimiento y experiencia para recurrir a las fuentes de información geográfica disponibles en la WEB para extraer ortofotos, curvas de nivel, modelos de terreno, etc.
• Conocimiento y manejo avanzado de otros softwares de ayuda al diseño: AutoCAD, Globbal Mapper, ArcGis (no excluyente).
• Manejo de las aplicaciones de escritorio MS Office.
• Capacidad para desarrollar planos típicos de proyectos de líneas AT en AutoCAD (trazado en planta, perfil longitudinal con ubicación de estructuras, franja de seguridad, aislación, planos generales de obra, servidumbres, etc.).
• Capacidad para elaborar informes y/o documentos técnicos relativos al diseño de líneas (tablas de tensado, informes de visita a terreno, franja de seguridad, etc.)
• Capacidad para trabajar en forma autónoma o con mínima supervisión, pero también con habilidades de comunicación para trabajar en equipo, proponer soluciones o bien buscar ayuda o consejos cuando sea necesario.
• Licencia de conducir nivel B.
• Experiencia en el uso de GPS Navegador.
• Ideal que haya hecho cursos de conducción 4x4 en algún momento de su carrera (no excluyente)

• Good communication skills – both written and oral;
• Very good writing skills for reports and PPT presentations;

Mission

Je komt terecht in het Rehabilitation of Industrial Sites (RIS) team van Tractebel. RIS is een internationaal en multidisciplinair team met vele jaren ervaring in het uitvoeren van studies over asbestverwijdering, sloop, bodem- en grondwatersanering, grondwateronderzoeken en herontwikkeling van Brownfield Sites. Wij leveren oplossingsgerichte studies en advies en zijn een betrouwbare partner bij de realisatie van complexe en uitdagende projecten.

Je wordt intensief begeleid doorcollega’s met tien jaar ervaring en werkt samen met senior experts.

Functiebeschrijving 

Je bent verantwoordelijke voor de uitvoering van zeer diverse hydrogeologische studies bij het ontwerp van bijvoorbeeld gebouwen, infrastructuur of havenbouw. Het gaat dan voornamelijk om bemalingsstudies waarbij de effecten van de tijdelijke grondwaterverlaging onderzocht worden en waarbij grondwaterverontreinigingen zoals PFAS een belangrijke rol spelen. Je staat dan ook in voor het uitwerken en implementeren van mitigerende maatregelen om de impact zo veel mogelijk te beperken. Het begeleiden van deze werkzaamheden tijdens uitvoering van een project behoort ook tot jouw takenpakket. Je stelt ook hydrogeologische studies op in functie van de ontworpen situatie waarbij bijvoorbeeld de waterhuishouding onderzocht wordt of het ramen van het ontworpen drainagedebiet. Je opereert in grootschalige projecten in samenwerking met een projectteam van experten.

Je werkt ook mee aan bodemonderzoeken waarbij je middels 3D grondwaterstromingsmodellen het verspreidingsgedrag van grondwaterverontreinigingen onderzoekt.

Het takenpakket bestaat uit:

• Voorbereiden van de offertes en contact met de opdrachtgevers;
• Ondersteuning bij de uitvoering van grondonderzoeken op locatie; 
• Interpreteren van grondwatergegevens en de analyseresultaten;
• Uitvoeren van berekeningen op basis van analytische formules of 3D grondwaterstromingsmodellen door gebruik te maken van de MODFLOW code
• Je verwerkt alle resultaten en berekeningen in een gestructureerde nota met duidelijke conclusies;
• Je geeft algemene en technische ondersteuning aan de projectleiders; 
• Je blijft op de hoogte van nieuwe technieken en evoluties in je vakgebied.

Profiel

• Bachelor- of masterdiploma in toegepaste wetenschappen (geologie, bio-ingenieur, biologie, chemie, milieutechniek, etc.); 
• Ervaring is een pluspunt maar geen vereiste. Je wordt ondersteund en gesuperviseerd door een projectmanager. Je doorloopt een intensief opleidingsprogramma;
• Je kan oplossingsgericht denken en bent goed in dataverwerking;

THE WORKING ENVIRONMENT

The Systems group, which is part of the “Metier Nuclear Safety & Engineering” Competence Centre, is in charge of the following consultancy and engineering services activities relating to PWR reactors and fluid systems:

• Conceptual and Functional design
• Functional and technical specifications
• Feasibility and modification studies

• Operations & Maintenance support
• Input to commercial bidding for engineering services.

Les ingénieurs projets (IPs) sont la clé de voûte de l’organisation des projets chez EDF et plus particulièrement chez EDF DIPDE. Dans la société Tractebel, les IPs sont dédiés aux projets EDF.

• Gérer le projet EDF, que ce projet soit une modification matérielle ou intellectuelle.
• Piloter et coordonner les différents acteurs de l’affaires en suivant le processus GIOP (EDF) .
• Avoir une maitrise de son affaire afin d’être critique sur les solutions proposées (d’un point de vue planning, technique, contractuel, financier…).
• Rédiger les livrables de l’IP et piloter les actions projet.
• Piloter le planning de son affaire et faire remonter les informations nécessaires au planificateur..
• Suivre et surveiller les entreprises titulaires de marchés (sous-traitants) pour EDF en phase réalisation et déploiement, d’un point de vue technique, planning, contractuel et financier .
• Organiser et animer les réunions nécessaires au bon déroulement de l’affaire .
• Être force de proposition quant à la meilleure stratégie à adopter pour mener à bien l’affaire (planning, coût, pérennité de la solution, REX…).
• Gérer le projet Tractebel.
• Lorsqu’on est en workpackage l’IP doit donner de la visibilité au CE Tractebel sur les attendus en termes de :
  • Partage de la vision projet ;
  • Livrables (niveau de détails du contenu, objectifs du livrable pour le projet, forme) ;
  • Process à suivre (diffusion, contrôle interne, surveillance client) ;
  • Jalons et jalons intermédiaires
• Lorsqu’on travaille avec un co-traitant, l’IP doit maitriser la responsabilité de chacun et tracer par écrits les échanges ;
• Remonter au chef de projet, ou au leader thématique le cas échéant, tout risque ou potentiel risque identifiés (dérive planning, évolution du périmètre de l’affaire, sucharge/sous-charge, difficultés avec un sous-traitant ou co-traitant etc) ;
• Remonter les indicateurs qualité au chef de projet ;
• Respecter le process Tractebel (archivage des livrables sur tokamak, traçabilité des évolutions et des contrôles)
• Pour mener à bien ces missions l’IP doit :
  • Prendre de l’autonomie le plus rapidement possible ;
  • Connaitre le scope de son projet, le respecter et le faire respecter ;
  • Être rigoureux et organisé dès le démarrage de l’affaire ;
  • Relancer les acteurs (internes et externes) afin qu’ils respectent leurs engagements ;
  • Tracer par écrits au maximum (mails, CR de réunions…)
  • Escaler pour remonter le problème au bon niveau de hiérarchie (avec le support du chef de projet).
• Les première actions d’un IP sur une affaire :
  • Prendre connaissance et compléter la fiche de cadrage ;
  • Organiser une réunion d’enclenchement en interne : avec le chef de projet, le leader thématique et les chargés d’études Tractebel le cas échéant
  • Prendre connaissance de l’état de l’affaire ;
  • Identifier les données manquantes ;
  • Prendre connaissance du planning et s’assurer de sa cohérence ;
  • Identifier les risques projets (techniques, interface, planning…)
  • Organiser une réunion d’enclenchement externe : avec le prescripteur, le planificateur et les personnes jugées pertinentes

• Ingénieur dans un domaine technique (Mécanique, Process , Fluid Systems) avec une connaissance en mécanique des fluides ;
• Une connaissance des centrales nucléaires REP serait un atout ;

Vos missions:

Au sein d’une équipe de 5 personnes, vous êtes responsable de la gestion d’un portefeuille de prescripteurs techniques influents au niveau régional dans un objectif d’accroissement du chiffre d’affaires et de la part de marché gaz naturel.

Ce portefeuille comprend des Bureaux d’Etudes Thermiques, Installateurs, Exploitants, Assistants à Maitre d’Ouvrage, Organisations Professionnelles Régionales.

Vous êtes responsable, en coordination avec les autres Ingénieurs Efficacité Energétique, les Chefs des Ventes et le Délégué Marché d’Affaires, des actions et du programme d’animation en fonction du profil des prescripteurs régionaux et adaptés aux enjeux de conquête et de fidélisation.

Vous pilotez ainsi les actions correspondantes inscrites au Plan d’Action Développement de la Délégation de façon transverse en mobilisant et en fédérant les contributions des interlocuteurs internes concernés, Chef des Ventes, Développeurs, Ingénieurs d’Affaires, Ingénieurs Efficacité Energétique, CEGIBAT (Expertise Nationale).

Vous accompagnez le déploiement de nouvelles solutions gaz couplées avec des énergies renouvelables auprès des prescripteurs et des Maitres d’Ouvrage.

Porteur d’une expertise technique, thermique et réglementaire de niveau régional et d’un relationnel établi avec les prescripteurs locaux, vous apportez votre appui au management régional, aux Ingénieurs d’Affaires, Commerciaux dans le traitement et la réussite des affaires complexes.

Vous contribuez par ailleurs à la professionnalisation et la montée en compétence technique des commerciaux sur la réglementation environnementale et les utilisations du gaz naturel ainsi qu’à celle des autres Ingénieurs Efficacité Energétiques.

Vos fonctions vous amèneront à travailler en mode projet et à réaliser de l’animation transversale d’équipe.

Qui êtes-vous?

Titulaire d’un diplôme d’Ingénieur BAC+5 ou équivalent, vous justifiez d’une expérience de plusieurs années (au moins 5 années) dans un Bureau d’Etudes Thermiques.

Vous disposez de très bonnes capacités relationnelles, de négociation, et d’écoute. Vous appréciez le travail  en équipe et en appui des collaborateurs internes.

Vous justifiez de connaissances solides ainsi que d’une expérience significative dans la thermique des bâtiments et idéalement dans le réseau de distribution du gaz et les process.

Vous serez amené à travailler en priorité sur les marchés du Résidentiel, du Tertiaire et de l’Industrie des hauts-de-France

Un fixe sur 13 mois à partir de 38 k€ (évolution selon expérience professionnelle liée à l’emploi, votre situation familiale). Viendra s’y ajouter une rémunération variable selon l’atteinte des objectifs fixés.

The Consultancy Department of Tractebel Engineering in Romania, provides high level expertise in the fields of Power Systems, Sustainability & Economics.

The team covering the Power Systems Consultancy activity constantly addresses studies related to connection to the grid of new users/generators, network planning and network operation & control, using state-of-the-art dedicated software tools.

  Mission

• Power systems modelling based on EUROSTAG/SmartFlow and/or PSS/E and/or Neplan software tools for steady-state analysis and transient stability analysis;
• Performing steady-state and transient stability analysis under EUROSTAG/SmartFlow and/or PSS/E and/or Neplan software tools;
• Analysis of most appropriate grid connection solutions and results interpretation on network operation and control regarding power system stability, voltage control, frequency regulation, short-circuit level and steady-state security assessment;
• Consultancy activity for power system projects both within Romanian power system and for international power grids;
• Performing activity in projects from the conceptual stage (tender/offer preparation ) to the final stage (presentation to the Client and approval).

• Engineering background: University “Politehnica” Bucharest – Faculty of Power Engineering or similar;
• Relevant experience in power system consultancy;
• Good knowledge of software tools dedicated to power systems analysis and simulations;
• Good communication skills – both written and oral;
• Writing consultancy reports;
• Good knowledge and use of specific power system dedicated software tools such as: Eurostag/SmartFlow and/or PSS/E and/or Neplan and/or Digsilent;
• Dynamic modelling skills for generating units/loads/FACTS/HVDC with dedicated software tools.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office package;
• English proficiency; Additional French communication ability is nice to have;
• Ability to work efficiently in an international environment;
• Problem solver, flexible.

Tractebel is an engineering company that is well known in the fields of energy, nuclear and infrastructure and enjoying an important worldwide position. The entity from Romania is currently seeking a Structural Engineer.

The team is involved in a wide range of different projects, both in Romania and internationally.

  Mission 

• You participate in projects, together with other engineers and draftsmen;

• You are responsible for modelling and design of various complex structures as large buildings, airports, sport centers, power projects, industrial projects;

• You are responsible for ensuring that the hours budget, the timing and the quality of the engineering works are executed as required;

• You will make sure that the projects assigned to you will be executed in accordance with our quality system and our H&S rules;

• You report progress for all your projects on a weekly basis;

• You participate in the structural design of your projects;

• You keep up with the standards, guidelines and new techniques and developments in your discipline and report these to your team members or colleagues;

• You respond to the requirements and needs of the client;

• You work together with colleagues, external partners (such as architects, other design and engineering consultancy companies, contractors during the construction phase, etc.) and clients in a constructive way;

• You have an international mindset and collaborate with our offices abroad for certain engineering tasks and take the necessary actions to guarantee the required quality;

• You actively promote and establish BIM collaboration procedures according to our company vision where applicable;

Profile 

• You are a qualified Civil/Structural Engineer;

• You have relevant technical experience;

• You have excellent expertise in Revit;

• You have good communication skills;

• A good knowledge of English is a must, and knowledge of French is an advantage;

Profile

• You are a qualified Civil/Road engineer holding a Master’s degree as a minimum.
• Excellent expertise in Autocad 3D / 2D .
• Knowledge of Civil 3D is a plus.

• A good knowledge of English is a must.
• You are willing to make international trips for our international collaboration and international projects.
• Mobility by car is necessary so an international driving license “B” is required.
