The Technical Manager role is proposed to reinforce GET IT Team, and within the GET IT OPERATIONS Team, be in charge of the technical release management for the whole GET Program.

This role will be N-3 to GET IT Lead and directly reporting to the IT Infrastructure & technical lead.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Be accountable for the GET landscape management : SAP environments usage principles, client strategy, technical & functional scale-up needs, coordinate on Core solution components (S/4 Hana / MDG / ARIBA)
  • Contribute to overall Release Calendar management in collaboration with the Release manager (who is in charge of scheduling releases, defining day-to-day environment usage & organizing Change Authority Board)
  • Supervise the transport management for core SAP components
    • Solman/ChaRM configuration & usage, relying on Solman Expertise for tool operations and in coordination with integrator, roll-out and run teams for the contextual definitions
    • Monitor the qualitative execution of Transport Requests through automated cycles in Solman ChaRM
    • Define exception process for emergency/adhoc transports
  • Supervise the Refresh Management activity – Define & setup up industrialized procedures in cooperation with the Infrastructure team, relying on GBS IT operations for execution
  • Contribute to Income Management – Define & monitor adequate documents & checklist
  • Bring strong level of expertise on SAP Technico-functional structures
  • Work with the ENGIE teams and SAP teams to leverage the supporting tools

 

 

Position requirements

  • Very good knowledge of the SAP technico-functional area, SAP SolmanSAP Cloud ALM.
  • Understanding the management of a composite SAP landscape (S/4 Hana, SAP Ariba, SAP BTP, SAP Analytical Could, SAP DataSphere, …).
  • Experiencing the overall activities part of SAP landscape technical lifecycle maintenance
  • Fluent English (oral/written)
  • Leadership, experience in transverse management and large team cross coordination
  • Experience of working in project management mode
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team is essential

  • Steer technical & functional architecture choices & documentations (cartography, …), and establish/maintain associated Golden Rules
  • Implement GET infrastructure (S4, MDG, ARIBA, BTP, SAC, …)
  • Ensure keep it running (day-to-day monitoring, patching & upgrade strategy & execution, …)
  • Accountable for Technical Release Management (transport, refresh, release, ….) in coordination with the Release Manager

Your tasks:

  • Overview of the entire solution that is designed, configured and deployed.
  • Ensure good integration between the various modules of the solution, SAP and non-SAP

En tant que MOE / Responsable d’Applications, vous êtes rattaché.e à la Direction Système d'Information, créatrice de valeur et partenaire des métiers, assurant le fonctionnement et l'adaptation du SI conformément aux besoins des utilisateurs au moindre coût. 
Vous intégrez le domaine SI Réseau (SIRES) et plus particulièrement le pôle Projets Transverses (PPT), pour le pilotage d’un portefeuille d’applications et de projets, ayant pour objectifs :


- Assurer le bon fonctionnement / l'adaptation d’un portefeuille d’applications selon les besoins des utilisateurs métier au moindre coût.
- Organiser une Squad de développeurs (web et mobile) au service des différents pôles du domaine (nos applications s’appuient majoritairement sur les technologies Java, PHP, Symfony , Angular, PostgreSQL et sont hébergées dans nos datacenters ou plateformes Cloud).
- Offrir un service d’échange de données inter-applicatif (basé sur Kafka).

Vous serez responsable du maintien en condition opérationnelle des applications de votre périmètre, incluant les activités de RUN (correction, adaptation, prévention, support) et la maintenance évolutive (de la conception à la mise en service), dans le respect des délais / qualité / budget. 


Vous piloterez des projets sur votre périmètre dans le cadre de la transformation du SI :


•    le pilotage de la roadmap fonctionnelle et technique des applications ;
-le suivi : des chantiers du périmètre & priorisation des actions ; du budget & respect des délais,
-le maintien de la qualité des applications et de leur documentation.


•    la gestion des relations avec les différents acteurs : les métiers, les AMOA et/ou Product Owner, les différents interlocuteurs de la DSI (architectes, urbanistes, ingénierie, cybersécurité,…),les développeurs (TMA ou Squad interne).
•    analyser / challenger / orienter les choix technico-fonctionnels.
•    le pilotage des incidents de production avec l'appui de l'équipe de conduite et équipes transverses.
•    assurer le bon niveau de reporting auprès des entités métier & management SI

 

Vous êtes diplômé de l'enseignement supérieur en informatique (idéalement dans l’ingénierie du logiciel) et avez une expérience d’au moins 8 ans.

En tant que MOE expert technique, vous intégrez le domaine SIPOC et le PFDC (partie SIAS) qui gère le SI d’Acquisition et de Supervision (SIAS) : déploiement des 11 millions de compteurs et 13000 concentrateurs à horizon 2023. Vous êtes rattaché.e à la Direction Système d'Information qui assure le fonctionnement et l'adaptation du SI conformément aux besoins des utilisateurs au moindre coût. 
Les différents SI s’appuient principalement sur : Java/Weblogic, échanges JMS, ordonnanceur VTOM, Linux RHEL et bases de données Oracle Exadata.

Vous êtes le référent technique transverse de l’application SIAS en charge de la Supervision et de la gestion de l’Acquisition des compteurs et concentrateurs de la chaine GazPar :


•    Vous travaillerez en collaboration avec les contributeurs de l’application : Chef de projet, intégrateur, AMOA, Conduites Techniques et Fonctionnelles…
•    Vous serez référent de l’architecture de l’application SIAS au travers de connaissances : Oracle et différents domaines techniques de l’application : Java, WebLogic ; des mécanismes de sécurité des échanges informatiques et de cryptographie (gestion des certificats, gestion des clés de chiffrement, HSM, TLS, EJBCA)  ; du milieu des réseaux & Telecom (VPN, gestion des VIP, MPLS, fonctionnement du TCP-IP)  ;
•    Vous superviserez les installations et migrations et serez le garant du run des lots
•    Vous apporterez votre expertise dans la qualité de service et serez responsable de l’organisation de la gestion des incidents, problèmes et crises ;
•    Vous challengerez l’intégrateur sur les conceptions techniques et les chiffrages inhérents aux évolutions techniques et fonctionnelles.
•    Vous analyserez les performances des applications du SI et apporterez des préconisations ;
•    Vous rédigerez / validerez des procédures d’installation (PTI), d’exploitation (PTE), de bascule lors de migrations (PTB) et les procédures de reprise lors des PRA (PTR).

 

Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme d’ingénieur ou universitaire de niveau bac+5 avec une spécialité en système d’information et/ou réseau & télécom. Vous êtes passionné.e par la technologie et vous justifiez d’une expérience (+5 ans) :
•    Maitrise des environnements informatiques : des langages de programmation Java/Shell/Python, bases de données Oracle, serveurs d’applications;
•    Connaissance des mécanismes de sécurité des échanges informatiques et de cryptographie
•    Maitrise des architectures fonctionnelle et applicative de l’écosystème des SI ;
•    Maitrise des contraintes d’exploitabilité, capacité à dialoguer avec les métiers de la Production et/ou du support technique ;
•    Une expérience de l’usage des réseaux (capture et analyse de flux) et une connaissance des réseaux télécom.
•    Maitrise des normes et règles de sécurité, briques techniques, paterns d’architectures.

GET – Data Architect (M/F)

The head office is based in Courbevoie (La Défense), but the physical presence on the head office is not mandatory. We are also looking for international profiles.

 

The GET program aims to deliver the future business and IT core model with a central “one ERP / One ARIBA” platform. The functional context of the program covers a set of functional areas including accounting, controlling and procurement as main areas.

The GET program offers a unique opportunity to onboard on one of the most ambitious and strategic Enterprise transformation programs with a very high IT footprint with S/4 & SAP ARIBA as central IT components. Innovation is at the heart of GET Program with an ambition to implement a best in class processes & solution.

The GET Data Architect role is proposed to reinforce the internal team supporting the core model delivery and coordinating the pilots/rollouts.

This role will be N-2 to GET IT Lead and directly reporting to the core model IT lead.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Bring high level expertise on MDM and especially SAP MDG
  • Help the business teams in business requirement definition and ensure coherence with the SAP capabilities
  • Responsible for reviewing the integrator delivery and challenge the proposed solutions
  • Align with the business team to ensure the proposed solution is aligned with the core model and the program guidelines
  • Work with the integrator teams and SAP teams to secure design authority presentations for arbitrations
  • Secure testing phases and ensure quality of test delivery by the IT integrator
  • Drive discussions in multi-cultural / global context with multiple stakeholders

 

Position requirements

  • Very good knowledge of the SAP MDG and overall the MDM area.
  • Understanding the process of translating business requirements and processes into data collection and usage principles in MDG.
  • At least 5 years experience in similar position
  • Good references in the previous experiences with other customers
  • Fluent English (oral/written)
  • May require national & international mobility.

Context

The CTM team (Contract and Transaction Management) is overseeing the maintenance and evolution of the handful of Trading systems (Meteor, Sungard Zynet, Orchestrade, …) that allow GEMS to partake in all kinds of Market activities.

Within CTM, Flexibility and Renewable Services teams are in charge of the IS applications dedicated to the Green power business.

 

 

Role

The main role of is to ensure the team delivers regular consistent IS software increments on Renewable businesses consisting in bug fixes, enhancement on existing functions or new functionalities (small projects and/or new deal management functions). He is also the local point of contact of the users, representing the global team. For the first year, the main priority will be to define the target organization (location strategy, knowledge sharing) for the teams.

This role is fulfilled with particular attention and expectation on robustness (technical and functional), quality of the delivered software, maintainability and performance of the delivered software.


Key missions

Activities

  • Resources management:  team operational management (internal + external consultants), team skill management and staffing, people development for Internal resources ;
  • Demand management: put in place a team backlog, prioritized according to client needs, manage relationship with other IT teams and external clients (business and support functions), communicate status ;
  • Process management: define, adapt and enforce team organization and methodology (including development best practices and ALM methodology) ;
  • Project management: define suitable project organization, communication, functional and technical architecture proposal ;
  • Infrastructure management: responsible for the proper run of the infrastructure. Making the necessary evolutions to answer business requirements ;
