Ce vei face:

  • Vei asigura activitatea de monitorizare și raportare a indicatorilor de performanță a proceselor derulate în departament;
  • Vei elabora analize cu privire la performanța activității departamentului;
  • Vei colecta datele și informațiile și le vei transpune în formatul agreat la nivel de departament pentru raportări punctuale sau recurente, în funcție de reglementări și nevoile de business;
  • Vei centraliza KPI’s și te vei asigura de corectitudinea, coerența și uniformitatea rapoartelor sau situațiilor realizate;
  • Vei asigura elaborarea corectă și transmiterea la timp a rapoartelor, datelor și documenelor necesare raportărilor către ANRE;
  • Vei monitoriza bazele de date și fluxurile de lucru ce impun introducerea datelor și vei asigura consistența, calitatea și armonizarea rezultatelor din rapoarte ;
  • Vei participa la descrierea cerințelor de business și la dezvoltarea de noi instrumente utilizate în cadrul departamentului, la solicitarea managerului;
  • Vei testa aplicațiile informatice dezvoltate cu scopul de a eficientiza activitatea sau a armoniza procesul informatic cu cel business;
  • Vei propune soluții de îmbunătățire și eficientizare a activității;
  • Vei realiza analize privind performanța constructorilor și calcularea penalităților pentru constructori în caz de neîndeplinire a obligațiilor contractuale de către aceștia (nerespectare termene, obligații legale, cerințe interne etc);
  • Vei analiza cauzele reclamațiilor și sancțiunilor primite și vei propune acțiuni de optimizare a activităților din cadrul departamentului, împreună cu resposabilii operaționali.

 

Experiență, calificări, cunoștințe și abilități:

  • Studii superioare finalizate cu diplomă de licență;
  • Experiență în activitatea de colectare, analiză și raportare date;
  • Cunoștințe Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) și SAP;
  • Capacitate de organizare, analiză și sinteză;
  • Abilități de comunicare scrisă și verbală;
  • Capacitate de lucru sub presiunea timpului și disponibilitatea la sarcini neplanificate;
  • Atitudine proactivă în soluționarea problemelor și realizarea obiectivelor;
  • Competențe de gestionare a relației cu clientul și a situațiilor conflictuale;
  • Experiență în domeniul distribuției gazelor naturale reprezintă avantaj.

Purpose of the Job

 

  • Team lead of the regional FP&A cluster AMEA Flexgen and accountable for the reporting of this perimeter.
  • Monitor, analyse, challenge and report the business and financial and operational results of the assets under his/her business control responsibility (in addition to the team lead role), within the values, compliance principles, policies and rules of ENGIE and according to its strategy and objectives of results.
  • Take an active role in the operational finance and notably in monitoring and reviewing the financial matters across the assets under his/her responsibility and in providing advisory to finance leadership team, the ENGIE Board members and the assets CFO/Finance teams.

 

Reporting

 

•   The selected candidate will report to the Head of FP&A AMEA and the country CFO.

 

Key Accountabilities

 

  • Lead the regional MBR/QBR reporting cycle for the cluster ‘AMEA GBU – Flexgen’.
  • Be accountable for the yearly Budget and medium-terms plans, and within-year re-forecasts, and risks and opportunities for the cluster ‘AMEA GBU – Flexgen’.
  • In addition to the team lead role, being accountable for a dedicated asset cluster with regards to data retrieval, analysis, consolidation and monthly reporting. Ensure that the regional reporting is accurate, complete and reported in a timely fashion.
  • Coordinating with the FP&A HQ and conso teams on any consolidation matters.
  • Contribute to the compliance of all companies with finance & accounting policies of group.
  • Provide support to the yearly impairment testing exercise.
  • Challenges, inquires, and consolidates best estimate KFI forecasting, risk and opportunities’ analysis for a dedicated asset perimeter.
  • Prepares, consolidates, and reports global business unit related scorecards.
  • Participate actively to the periodic enterprise risk assessment of the business and provides support to the Tax teams.
  • Produce ad-hoc analysis as required or needed by stakeholders / internal clients.
  • Preparation and reporting of early warning reports.
  • Coordination, preparation, analysis and consolidation of rep. letters.
  • Monitor new regulations, in particular with respect to finance, accounting and fiscal matters, and assess the impact on the business.
  • Be accountable for and set up procedures related to timely and qualitative statutory reporting processes and for reconciliation process between financial statements for local purpose and those report for consolidation under the Group.
  • Support and contribute to financial, and risk management (injection, hedging and treasury) decisions in coordination with ENGIE Corporate Finance.
  • Monitor, support and contribute to the cash upstream activities in coordination with ENGIE Corporate Finance.
  • Review financial information and advise the country CFO, the Engie Board members and the asset CFO/Finance teams on all finance matters.
  • Contribute to ‘smart’ reporting and analytics (SG&A and other) of a dedicated perimeter.
  • Provide support to ad hoc financial topics

Qualifications

 

•     University degree or equivalent;

  • Recognised accountancy qualification.

 

Experience

 

•      Min 10 years’ experience in Finance / Accounting / Business Control / transactional finance, etc.

  • Experience of external audit with significant audit firm / or within a multinational industrial and asset-based company is preferable.

 

Knowledge and Skills

 

•            Familiar with complex organizations (multi-cultural, wide geographical scope, multi-disciplinary, listed subsidiaries, or with minority interests or strong partners)

•            Deep understanding of IFRS.

  • Strong knowledge of finance (business control, international accounting standards and consolidation, tax regulations, financial analysis, valuations, etc…)

•            Strong analytical skills.

•            Strong team lead skills.

•            Strong soft skills (communication, negotiation, etc…)

 

Business Understanding

  • Establecer estándares cuantitativos de desempeño para medir los objetivos clave (historial de seguridad, tasa de paradas forzadas, la disponibilidad, fiabilidad, heat rate, los presupuestos de operación y mantenimiento y los presupuestos de capital).
  • El correcto alcance del mantenimiento de los Equipos e instalaciones de la sede, desde la programación hasta la ejecución y la recepción antes del retorno a operación. Asegura que se disponga de los servicios, herramientas y repuestos necesarios.
  • Todas las instalaciones relacionadas con la operación sean correctamente mantenidas y dispongan de los servicios necesarios para su funcionamiento (servicios generales, seguridad patrimonial, monitorios ambientales herramientas, recursos, etc.)

¿Qué habilidades técnicas necesitamos para esta posición?

Indispensable:

  • Experiencia profesional +10 años y en el puesto mayor a 3 años en roles similares en hidroeléctricas.

As part of its development plan in North America, ENGIE Energy Marketing NA, Inc. (EEMNA)  is looking for a VP Structured Gas Origination.

 

As a VP Structured Gas Origination, you are responsible for developing the origination, structuring and marketing for customers and commercial opportunities with consumers, producers, and marketers of natural gas and related products in North America. You are responsible for leading the strategic direction whilst directly working in marketing efforts for Natural Gas and related products to customers across North America.

 

  • Develop and execute the Gas Origination strategy with short- and long-term objectives working together with the EEMNA Leadership, Origination team, Trading, and support functions
  • Deliver gross margin targets and business returns considering risk/reward through the development and execution of customer hedging strategies and structured deals
  • Responsible for project management on resource assignments and deliverables supporting Structured Origination
  • Manage relationships with various trade desks and functional teams to work transactions through the front to back process, while providing excellent client focused service and information flow (i.e. Credit, Legal, Contracts and Compliance / Regulatory)
  • Work in collaboration Risk and Finance to propose and approve risk management strategies and new products in order to optimize, model and manage the wholesale portfolio
  • Coordinate with Origination team to identify existing and new customers for our offerings while developing and maintaining trusted relationships with customers as part of marketing efforts
  • Remain current on fundamental/financial market conditions and drivers impacting the energy markets in North America
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results, timely management of deals,  and proven  contract negotiation skills from initiation to execution
  • Represent ENGIE at conferences, client events and presentations

 

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in which you completed courses in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or other Analytical field
  • Minimum of 15 years in North America natural gas markets including trading, marketing origination and/or structuring with a track record of adding value through originating commercial delivery and business growth
  • Origination, negotiation and portfolio risk analytic skills to develop the platform
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with commodity derivative products to structure highly complex transactions with producers or consumers
  • Strong knowledge of North America energy market
  • Excellent commercial instinct, creativity and ability to find and create commercial value from multiple sources
  • Visionary and strategic leader with ability to inspire and motivate internal clients on deliverables of objectives
  • Demonstrated leadership and initiative within a business environment, especially with key stakeholders and EEMNA leadership team
  • Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to present to senior executive management both internally and externally

Compensation

Salary Range: $232,900 – $341,550 USD annually

What You Can Expect

The Construction Project Field Manager (PFM) is responsible for providing quality assurance and safety oversight of the activities and installation of the construction of utility scale projects by the EPC/BOP contractor, Its subcontractor, and supplier.   • Every day the PFM will represent ENGIE as overall monitoring project site manager reporting to the Project Manager for project related issues, concerns, and achievements
  • Direct, observe, report, and coordinate activities of assigned Field Observers on required safety check points
  • Train and mentor teams members on key activities including but not limited to contractor monitoring, inspections, observations, reporting, and safety management
  • Provide input to Project Manager(s) and Construction Management Advisor on selection and evaluation of ENGIE site team members
  • Work collaboratively with owner’s project manager to oversee and coordinate contractor scopes of work
  • Perform daily site walks/drives for overall progress, safety, and quality verification. Perform joint safety and quality inspections with the EPC and supplier counterparts
  • Attend preconstruction meetings with all involved construction entities as required
  • Coordinate and attend weekly progress meetings to be held by EPC contractors, engineers, and internal stake holders to include but not limited to safety and quality roundtable discussions with other project sites
  • Attend monthly progress meetings to be held by EPC contractor as well as owner’s internal stakeholders
  • Perform constructability reviews of projects in early design phase
  • Input and review during the design process through IFC
  • Review designs, construction sequence plans, and proposed schedule for each phase of construction
  • Complete daily, weekly, monthly progress reports and submit to stake holders
  • Ensure construction work complies with all applicable plans, specifications, building codes and other legal or regulatory requirements
  • Collect, verify, and report on completeness of required safety process documentation from each contractor on site, review any unsatisfactory results and provide reporting for entire project through designated channels
  • Manage relationships with owner’s clients and stakeholders
  • Represent ENGIE as facilitator for resolution of project conflicts such as construction problems, scheduling delays, logistical conflicts, and construction methods
  • Work directly with project managers, EPC contractor, other contractors, module and MPT suppliers, engineers, vendors, and others as required
  • Complete daily logs, construction reports, safety inspections, and various construction inspections
  • Complete a review of all job books submitted to validate all deliverable items are included, including all pertinent testing results
  • Utilize Procore for all project related documents and enter lessons learned module to capture and record lessons learned during the construction phase

  • Coordinate final inspections, testing, commissioning, and walk-downs and establish final punch list
  • Proactively identify areas of potential risk and identify design or construction elements likely to result in disputes or claims
  • Observe delivery of major equipment and provide general physical inspection including shock sensors, dents, scratches, and/or any other obvious physical damage
  • Monitor proper storage and security of materials and Equipment Prepare regular progress reports in accordance with project execution procedures (PEP) outline
  • Provide real-time updates on key construction activities such as site clearing/grading and other civil works, access roads, solar array construction, AC and DC collection systems, transmission lines and substation via GIS-based system provided by owner

 

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

  • Minimum of seven (7) years’ total experience with a minimum of five (5) years of Site Management experience constructing renewable projects
  • Experience with managing projects larger than 100MW
  • OSHA 30 hour certification
  • Strong background with renewable construction projects
  • Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
  • Proficient with MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and with PROCORE

Compensation

Salary Range: $84,000 – $128,800 USD annually
