By ENGIE - 03 December 2024 - 10:53

A committed DE&I player for many years now, the Group considers difference as a key performance and competitiveness lever.
Find out more about our concrete actions to accompany and valorize each and every talent.

At ENGIE, disability is an essential pillar of our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Be.U@ENGIE policy. Convinced that diversity is a genuine asset, we actively strive to integrate people with disabilities.

Valuing individual differences is a priority reflected in strong commitments such as signing the ILO Convention and the Inclusion Manifesto

Our actions are underpinned by 5 key undertakings:

  • Inclusive hiring, based on skills, with adapted processes and initiatives such as dedicated job-dating days;
  • Career-long accompaniment, including ongoing training and support schemes;
  • Workplace adaptation, taking into account individual needs and solutions such as remote working;
  • Digital accessibility, to facilitate everyday work and the use of our services;
  • Awareness raising, by way of targeted campaigns to mobilize our teams and fight against stereotyping.

In the field of digital accessibility, we developed Fluid, a design system that incorporates accessibility from the very start of designing our websites and applications. Digital accessibility specialists have been trained, in partnership with companies like L’Oréal, Microsoft, and Agefiph, to ensure an inclusive digital experience for everyone.

At ENGIE, we promote equality of opportunity for each and every talent.
