Ce vei face:

• Solicită în cadrul direcțiilor/departamentelor DGSR/ENGIE propunerile de CAPEX și asigura analiză și centralizarea acestora;
• Monitorizează execuția bugetată la nivel DGSR prin rularea rapoartelor SAP, asigurând interfață cu departamentele interne, în vederea obținerii de informații și clarificării datelor prezentate în cadrul Comitetului de Investiți, COMEX, review de performance, analiză de management;
• Colectează informații, monitorizează realizarea nivelului minim investițional asumat prin planurile de capitalizari aprobate ANRE și verifică informații/documente înainte de transmiterea acestora;
• Pregătește bazele de raportare pentru ANRE;
• Rulează anexele de cheltuieli în vederea pregătirii materialelor/tabelelor de reporting;
• Derulează analize detaliate cu privire la costurile lucrărilor de investiții și înregistrarea corectă a acestora în SAP;
• Pregătește materialele de reporting prezentate în cadrul Comitet Investiții, COMEX, Revue de performance, Analiză de management;
• Asigura analize centralizate pe fluxul de investiții în diferite etape de la achiziție, proiectare, validare, achiziție, execuție, punere în funcțiune până la capitalizarea lucrărilor.

Cerinte:

• Studii superioare economice/diverse;
• Experienta minimum 1 an in domeniul gazelor naturale sau in zona financiara/reporting;
• Cunostinte operare PC, pachet Microsoft Office;
• Capacitate de analiza si sinteza;
• Capacitatea de lucru sub presiunea timpului;
• Autonomie profesionala si capacitate de organizare.
• Atitudine proactiva in previzionare, in solutionarea problemelor si realizarea obiectivelor;
• Capacitate de adaptare si disponibilitatea la sarcini neplanificate;
• Comunicare buna.

• Vei asigura scanarea diverselor documente aferente dosarului de personal pentru personalul angajat/fost angajat al Grupului de companii ENGIE România (CIM, fișa post, AA, acte studii) pentru arhivare electronică;
• Vei organiza și arhiva electronic documentele aferente dosarului de personal pentru o evidență corectă, accesibilitate și păstrare în siguranță;
• Vei identifica și colecta din arhiva de personal informații relevante (ștate de plată și documente din dosarul de personal) necesare adeverintelor de vechime și de sporuri angajații/ foștii angajați ai Grupului de companii ENGIE România;
• Vei verifica datele necesare și vei asigura întocmirea adeverintelor de vechime/ sporuri/ venituri brute pentru personalul angajat/fost angajat al Grupului de companii ENGIE România necesare dosarului de pensionare/ recalculare pensie;
• Vei asigura completarea/ întocmirea diverselor adeverințe solicitate de către angajați (pentru medic, care atestă calitatea de salariat, de șomaj, pentru credite bancare, de venit etc.);
• Vei elabora răspunsuri pentru diverse solicitări ale angajaților/ foștilor angajați ai Grupului de companii ENGIE România.

Experiență, calificări, cunoștințe și abilități:

• Studii medii finalizate, cu diplomă de bacalaureat;
• Experiență de minimum 3 ani într-o activitate similară;
• Cunoștințe operare MS Office (Word, Excel) – nivel mediu;
• Cunoștințe de legislația muncii;
• Capacitatea de a lucra cu un număr mare de documente și informații;

• Conduct audits identifying weaknesses in the processes under review, document testing and make recommendations for improvements when applicable.
• Assess internal control system and business processes in order to assure Management that risks have been adequately identified, that internal controls have been suitably designed to cover business risks, and that they are operating as intended.
• Assess the relevance, reliability and integrity of management and financial information in order to assure the quality of such information.
• Draft internal audit reports, summarizing all identified weaknesses, associated risks and recommendations for corrective actions.
• Follow up with management on the implementation of corrective actions agreed with the business based upon audit findings.
• Comply with the audit methodology to ensure compliance with Internal Audit standards.
• Examines big data sets (data analytics) in order to draw conclusion.
• Engage to continuous knowledge development regarding regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards.

Desired education, expertise, and skills:

• 2-3 years of experience in external (preferably Big Four) or/and internal audit within multinational organizations;
• Native Romanian speaker;
• Fluent Business English skills (writing and speaking), other language skills would be a plus;
• High motivation and proactive professional approach, with strong interpersonal skills to deal with various stakeholders at different levels in company;
• Continuous improvement mindset and very good analytical and organizational skills, to handle projects and work under strict deadlines;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Flexibility and enthusiasm to perform international engagements (around 50% of time)
