La mission

• Vous serez un acteur tout au long de l'exécution de nos projets relatifs aux infrastructures portuaires aux ouvrages hydrauliques et aux voies navigables.
• Vous prendrez la direction de la conception des ouvrages dans le cadre d'un grand projet d'infrastructure portuaire, de barrage ou de voie navigable.
• Vous êtes orienté vers le client et communiquez de manière constructive avec lui ainsi qu’avec les partenaires externes au sujet de la conception technique.
• Vous concevez les ouvrages hydrauliques et portuaires en respectant les normes, la législation et les règles de bonne pratique en vigueur en Belgique et en Europe.
• Vous préparez des études (préliminaires, d’avant-projet, de projet, d’exécution) ainsi que les dossiers d'appel d'offres pour les projets d’infrastructures portuaires, d’ouvrages hydrauliques et de voies navigables : écluses, murs de quai, jetées, fondations de pont, barrages, digues, brise-lames, plan directeur portuaire.
• Vous analysez la méthode d'installation optimale des différentes structures que vous avez conçues, toujours avec un esprit ouvert pour des solutions innovantes et alternatives.
• Vous assurerez la liaison entre les différents centres de compétences de Tractebel et notre partenaire dans l'entreprise commune pour les études hydrauliques, les infrastructures routières, l'aménagement du territoire, la mobilité et les équipements électromécaniques, etc.
• Vous favorisez un processus de conception intégré en examinant de manière transversale les différentes disciplines concernées et vous menez le projet de la conception à l'achèvement.
• Vous êtes responsable du suivi de l'avancement, de la qualité et de la performance financière du projet. Vous assurez un suivi systématique du projet, en veillant à la satisfaction du client et en prévoyant les détériorations de la performance financière.
• Vous jouez le rôle d'ingénieur concepteur du projet et vous coordonnez et encadrez nos ingénieurs juniors et nos concepteurs CAO.
• Vous suivez et vérifiez le travail de dessin avec les concepteurs CAO.
• Vous développez vos compétences techniques (SCIA Engineer, DSheet Piling, Ansys, Plaxis, ...).
• Vous assurez le développement et le partage des connaissances dans votre domaine d'expertise et encadrez les ingénieurs débutants.
• Vous vous tenez au courant des normes, des nouvelles techniques et des développements dans votre discipline.
• Vous aidez le responsable de l'appel d'offres à établir des offres attrayantes et innovantes.
• Vous rendez compte au chef de projet et à votre chef d'équipe.

Profil

• Vous êtes titulaire d'un Master « Ingénieur civil des constructions » ou équivalent. Une spécialisation en "Dragage et ingénierie offshore" ou "Conception de construction" ou "Ingénierie maritime" est u atout.
• Vous avez au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de la conception technique d’ouvrages d’art, si possible dans le domaine des ouvrages hydrauliques, des infrastructures portuaires et/ou des voies navigables.
• Vous avez de l'expérience dans l'application des normes, règles de bonne pratique et recommandations pertinentes pour la conception des structures en béton armé et l'interaction sol-structure  aux infrastructures portuaires aux ouvrages hydrauliques et aux voies navigables tels que les murs de quai, les palplanches, les ancrages, les murs mixtes ou les grands travaux d'infrastructure civile.
• Vous avez de l'expérience dans la conception d'armatures en béton dans des structures complexes en 3D.
• Vous êtes axé sur la qualité et vous travaillez dans un souci de satisfaction du client.
• Vous avez d'excellentes compétences en matière de communication.
• Vous avez l'esprit d'équipe.
• Vous avez une connaissance approfondie des normes belges et européennes actuelles, de la législation et des codes de pratique (ISO, CE, NEN, EAU, SB250, SB260, Qualiroute...).

Our Utility Distribution Planner, based at the University of Iowa in Iowa City, IA, plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations within our Distribution Group. The Planner's primary responsibilities include ensuring that operations maintenance technicians have access to the necessary tools and parts to efficiently complete work orders. Additionally, they support managers in scheduling maintenance activities to minimize equipment downtime and mitigate impacts on operations and customer satisfaction.

This role thrives on its dynamic nature, with each day starting with meetings across various departments within the Distribution Group. These meetings cover topics ranging from safety discussions to upcoming projects and team requirements, allowing the Planner to proactively address emerging needs. Key stakeholders include the Mechanical Distribution, Electrical, and Metering and Controls Departments, with whom the Planner collaborates closely to understand tool and material requirements, obtain quotes, make purchases, and manage inventory.

The Planner is responsible for setting up Preventative Maintenance tasks using our Computerized Maintenance Software (Maximo), ensuring their timely execution, prioritization, and assisting in the communication and tracking of planned outage schedules. Financial aspects, including expense tracking through Concur (credit cards) and Coupa (purchase orders), are also within the Planner's purview.

Beyond these core responsibilities, the Planner undertakes additional projects such as obsolete asset disposal and maintaining optimal inventory levels for both the Water Plant and Distribution Plant. This multifaceted role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and proactive problem-solving abilities to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

• This role requires a minimum of three (3) years of experience in the maintenance or operation of mechanical and electrical distribution systems and, or industrial plant or facility operations

What You Can Expect

Our Electrical Engineer III, will be located at the University of Iowa Campus in Iowa City, IA. You will be will be involved in the Electrical Engineering design, construction, operations and troubleshooting activities for utility power, chilled water, steam, and water production and associated distribution systems at ENGIE at The University of Iowa. Your primary focus will be on becoming a subject matter expert in electrical systems at this site, with occasional support extended to other locations. You'll collaborate closely with internal departments, customers, and external partners throughout the utility projects' lifecycle, from development and construction to ongoing operations. you'll provide occasional consultancy services, aiding in troubleshooting and operations beyond the utility meter.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or another engineering discipline from an ABET-accredited university

• Either a PE License or a willingness to obtain one, showcasing your commitment to professional development and adherence to industry standards
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience where you have demonstrated a solid understanding of electrical design, power generation, distribution, and/or utility systems while gaining experience developing standards, specifications, and documentation
• Familiarity with the National Electric Code and NFPA 70E, essential for ensuring compliance and safety in electrical systems
• Proficiency in electrical design, calculation, and analysis tools such as AutoCAD and SKM or their competitors
• A strong understanding of arc flash, short circuit, load flow, and protective systems design and operation, critical for maintaining system reliability and safety
• You have participated in the development of technical specifications, procurement, installation and operations for power plant, medium voltage distribution, substations, and associated protective relaying and control  systems
• Experienced in coordinating with external electric utilities on transmission interconnection design and operations and incident investigations and event summarization
• Experience in assisting contracted third-party design firms of utility systems, demonstrating your ability to collaborate effectively with external partners
• You are a skilled troubleshooter of utility and customer electrical systems

• Up-to-date knowledge of new technologies and regulatory conditions, including utility requirements, vendor qualifications, industry best practices, safety standards, and relevant standards development

• Proficient in verbal, written and electronic communications using tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint to  create emails presentations and other professional communicate to Internal customers, vendors and other stakeholders

Environnement de travail

Tu travailleras en tant qu'ingénieur en transport, avec un accent sur l'infrastructure ferroviaire ("Light Rail", c'est-à-dire les liaisons de tramway et de métro), depuis notre bureau de Gand de Bruxelles (Gare du Nord) , au sein de notre département Infrastructure des transports, le département de Tractebel qui conçoit/étudie principalement des projets liés aux routes, aux liaisons de tramway, aux aéroports, aux tunnels et aux ponts.

Werkomgeving

Je werkt als Transport engineer, met een focus op spoorweginfrastructuur (“Light Rail” dwz tram_en metroverbindingen) , vanuit ons kantoor in Gent of Brussel, binnen onze afdeling Transport Infrastructuur, de afdeling binnen Tractebel die voornamelijk projecten ontwerpt/studeert met betrekking tot wegen, tramverbindingen, luchthavens, tunnels en bruggen.

Naast het ontwerpen van wegen is het ontwerpen van rioleringssystemen een tweede belangrijk onderdeel, rekening houdend met de klimaatsverandering en een duurzaam gebruik van het (regen)water.

The team is involved in a wide range of different projects, both in Romania and internationally.

  Mission 

• You participate in projects, together with other engineers and draftsmen;

• You are responsible for modelling and design of various complex structures as large buildings, airports, sport centers, power projects, industrial projects;

• You are responsible for ensuring that the hours budget, the timing and the quality of the engineering works are executed as required;

• You will make sure that the projects assigned to you will be executed in accordance with our quality system and our H&S rules;

• You report progress for all your projects on a weekly basis;

• You participate in the structural design of your projects;

• You keep up with the standards, guidelines and new techniques and developments in your discipline and report these to your team members or colleagues;

• You respond to the requirements and needs of the client;

• You work together with colleagues, external partners (such as architects, other design and engineering consultancy companies, contractors during the construction phase, etc.) and clients in a constructive way;

Profile 

• You are a qualified Civil/Structural Engineer;

• You have relevant technical experience;

• You have excellent expertise in Revit;

• You have good communication skills;

• You are client-oriented and flexible;

• A good knowledge of English is a must, and knowledge of French is an advantage;

• You are willing to make international trips for our international collaboration and international projects.

Environnement de travail

Au sein de la Direction Nucléaire, vous serez rattaché(e) à l’agence de Marseille.

Vous interviendrez sur des grands projets nucléaires (Programme Grand Carénage d’EDF, new built, Post-Fukushima, Programme sécuritaire …) et vous serez acteur du développement des compétences en Electricité au sein de Tractebel.

Principales missions confiées :

• Réaliser des études de conception d’installations électriques HTA/BT répondant aux exigences du client, à l'analyse de sûreté, aux contraintes d'implantation et aux normes/règles applicables (RCCE, NF C15-100, NF C13-200, etc.)
• Dimensionner les installations électriques (transformateurs, groupes électrogènes, tableaux électriques, câbles et cheminements, appareillages, éclairage…) en prenant en compte les perturbations (CEM) et les contraintes d’exploitation/maintenance
• Élaborer des cahiers des charges, des spécifications techniques et des spécifications matériels
• Réaliser des notes de calculs des réseaux électriques HTA/BT et d’éclairement
• Etudier l’intégration des équipements selon les contraintes d’installation et participer à l’élaboration des plans d’implantation 
• Réaliser des schémas électriques (unifilaire, schéma d’armoire, …)
• Déterminer les coûts associés à la fourniture, au montage et la mise en service des installations électriques
• Veille technologique et choix des matériels à prescrire en fonction des projets
• Participer aux activités liées à la qualification des équipements (gestion de l’obsolescence, dossiers de prélèvement sur site, …)
• Garantir la qualité et les délais des livrables techniques
• Consulter les fournisseurs
• Suivi des travaux : visites de chantier, réception usine, opérations préalables à la réception, levée de réserve
• Animer et / ou participer à des réunions / relation Client Fournisseur

Summary:

The Associate Director, Marketing – APAC is responsible for the strategic oversight and day-to-day management of the marketing and external communication initiatives. In addition to the direct marketing responsibilities, this role will also play a leadership role supporting and animating the other commercial team members across commercial disciplines for the region and act as a representative of APAC into global initiatives and programs.

Primary Functions and Essential Responsibilities:

• Act as a key partner to the business leads (sectors and practice areas), gaining a deep understanding of the GTM priorities and commercial strategies for the APAC region
• Build strong relationships with the business (MD/Ds) to ensure active participation and understanding of marketing programs
• Build and communicate short and mid-term marketing strategies, with a focus on maximizing resourcing and budget to best deliver against regional objectives
• Orient your team and resourcing against the commercial strategies, keeping a keen eye on the full path of marketing generated leads and pipeline contribution – continuously leveraging the marketing team as revenue drivers
• Set and execute the APAC regions external communication programs and editorial strategy, including the management of the external PR agency.
• Proactively manage and build relationships with external partners and clients to support cross-business marketing and business development initatives
• Partner with other commercial functions (client development, sales operations, sales enablement) to ensure local top-of-funnel programs and operating smoothly and we have a good feedback loop across the commercial dimensions
• Keep a strong connection to the global commercial leadership team and other regional marketing leaders to find ways to increase efficiency and collaboration on initiatives as well as ensure the APAC perspective is understood an present when applicable.
• Serve as a leader to the  APAC Commercial team coaching and inspiring the broader commercial operations teams
• Act as the end-to-end commercial representative for the APAC region for global topics and workshops
• Directly manage and coach one direct report (opportunity to grow the team)

Qualifications

Education, Certification, Knowledge

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications

Experience

• 10 plus years experience as a senior marketing professional, driving end-to-end marketing programs
• 3-5 years direct experience managing teams
• Experience and ability to demonstrate work across the APAC region (multiple countries), with a clear understanding of different market dynamics and approaches to marketing
• Experience working in a matrixed organization
• Experience managing budgets

Skills and Ability

• Demonstrated a successful track record of setting marketing strategies and executing them effectively  
• Strong project and program management skills across marketing disciplines
• Experience managing a team and coaching junior employees
• Ability to demonstrate the ability to work with senior and executive stakeholders, representing the role of marketing in the commercial process  
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills with the keen ability to build compelling presentation PowerPoints
• Demonstrated ability to motivate others.
