¿Qué tareas realizarás?

  • Asegurar la operación y mantenimiento de la Planta hidroeléctrica Quitaracsa
  • Gestionar todas las áreas de responsabilidad de acuerdo con las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa, con el plan anual de operaciones de la compañía, con los contratos, requisitos legales y gubernamentales y las buenas prácticas de la industria de una manera segura, eficiente y económica, asegurando que se tengan los recursos para la operación (servicios, combustibles, insumos, herramientas, equipos, repuestos, etc.)
  • Demostrar un esfuerzo continuo para mejorar las operaciones, reducir los tiempos de parada y optimizar los procesos de trabajo para maximizar los beneficios de la explotación. Supervisar los proyectos de mejoras de capital y dirigir la planificación de los mantenimientos programados.
  • Establecer estándares cuantitativos de desempeño para medir los objetivos clave (historial de seguridad, tasa de paradas forzadas, la disponibilidad, fiabilidad, heat rate, los presupuestos de operación y mantenimiento y los presupuestos de capital).
  • El correcto alcance del mantenimiento de los Equipos e instalaciones de la sede, desde la programación hasta la ejecución y la recepción antes del retorno a operación. Asegura que se disponga de los servicios, herramientas y repuestos necesarios.
  • Todas las instalaciones relacionadas con la operación sean correctamente mantenidas y dispongan de los servicios necesarios para su funcionamiento (servicios generales, seguridad patrimonial, monitorios ambientales herramientas, recursos, etc.)                
  • Asegurar que la información de la Sede a su cargo se encuentre permanentemente actualizada: planos de las instalaciones eléctricas, mecánicas, etc.; registros y permisos.
  • Proponer, evaluar y participar en estudios y proyectos de modernización de las instalaciones y cambios en la organización.      
  • Cumplir con los requerimientos legales y normativos                                      

 

¿Qué habilidades técnicas necesitamos para esta posición?

Indispensable:

  • Ingeniero(a) o bachiller de ingeniería en las especialidades de Electricidad, Mecánica Eléctrica, Electrónica o carreras afines.                                     
  • Experiencia profesional +10 años y en el puesto mayor a 3 años en roles similares en hidroeléctricas.
  • Experiencia en la gestión de presupuestos, administración de contratos, análisis causa-raíz trabajando en el sector de energía.                     
  • SAP Módulo MM y PM                                                       
  • MS Office Word, Excel, Power Point y Outlook, nivel intermedio

En tant qu’Expert.e Windows Server, vous êtes rattaché.e aux équipes en charge des Infrastructures au sein du domaine Ingénierie et plus particulièrement au pôle Architecture & Expertise Système.

Vous avez en charge la mise en place des plateformes et socles techniques ainsi que des middlewares qui participeront aux différentes solutions techniques en collaboration avec les architectes et chefs de projets.
Vous êtes garant du cycle de vie de la plateforme et des services dont vous avez la responsabilité.

Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec l’ensemble des expertises infrastructures et l'exploitation pour la mise en production, le support de niveau N3 des éléments dont vous êtes responsable des normes et procédures d'exploitations.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor:
•    Het aansturen en beheren van projecten in Doel die, in functie van de aard van het project, kort- of langlopend en mono- of multidisciplinair kunnen zijn.
•    Dit houdt in:                            
o    Richting geven gedurende de verschillende projectfases: gaande van probleemstelling die leidt tot ontwikkeling van de technische oplossing, over opvolging van implementatie in de installatie, tot de nazorg van de bijhorende documenten en wisselstukken.
o    Beheer van de scope, planning, kwaliteit, risico’s en budget van de toegewezen projecten
o    Samenstellen, dagelijkse organisatie, coördinatie en supervisie van het projectteam.
o    Autonoom beheer van de projecten (neemt beslissingen, zoekt zelf oplossingen voor problemen en conflicten)
o    Beheer van interfaces met andere projecten en operationele activiteiten.

You will work in a team of 12 Key Account Managers managing federal organized customers in the Belgian territory. The sales approach is based on F2F relation management

Your role :

 

  • Ultimate responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 50 customers and prospects. A portfolio will be federally composed of accounts almost active in building management (syndic), property management (offices and warehousing) and retail. Most activities are located in Flanders.
  • Striving for a long-term partnership and value creation with the customers in your portfolio. Compensation

What You Can Expect

The Construction Project Field Manager (PFM) is responsible for providing quality assurance and safety oversight of the activities and installation of the construction of utility scale projects by the EPC/BOP contractor, Its subcontractor, and supplier.   • Provide input to Project Manager(s) and Construction Management Advisor on selection and evaluation of ENGIE site team members
  • Work collaboratively with owner’s project manager to oversee and coordinate contractor scopes of work

  • Collect, verify, and report on completeness of required safety process documentation from each contractor on site, review any unsatisfactory results and provide reporting for entire project through designated channels
  • Manage relationships with owner’s clients and stakeholders
  • Represent ENGIE as facilitator for resolution of project conflicts such as construction problems, scheduling delays, logistical conflicts, and construction methods
  • Work directly with project managers, EPC contractor, other contractors, module and MPT suppliers, engineers, vendors, and others as required
  • Complete daily logs, construction reports, safety inspections, and various construction inspections
  • Complete a review of all job books submitted to validate all deliverable items are included, including all pertinent testing results
  • Utilize Procore for all project related documents and enter lessons learned module to capture and record lessons learned during the construction phase

  • Coordinate final inspections, testing, commissioning, and walk-downs and establish final punch list
  • Proactively identify areas of potential risk and identify design or construction elements likely to result in disputes or claims
  • Observe delivery of major equipment and provide general physical inspection including shock sensors, dents, scratches, and/or any other obvious physical damage
  • Monitor proper storage and security of materials and Equipment Prepare regular progress reports in accordance with project execution procedures (PEP) outline
  • Provide real-time updates on key construction activities such as site clearing/grading and other civil works, access roads, solar array construction, AC and DC collection systems, transmission lines and substation via GIS-based system provided by owner

What You Can Expect

The Construction Project Field Manager (PFM) is responsible for providing quality assurance and safety oversight of the activities and installation of the construction of utility scale projects by the EPC/BOP contractor, Its subcontractor, and supplier. The PFM will comply with ENGIE Delivery Standard Operating Procedures throughout the progress of construction activities for the ENGIE site team. The PFM will be accountable to the Project Manager for assigned grid scale project(s).

 

  • Every day the PFM will represent ENGIE as overall monitoring project site manager reporting to the Project Manager for project related issues, concerns, and achievements
  • Direct, observe, report, and coordinate activities of assigned Field Observers on required safety check points
  • Train and mentor teams members on key activities including but not limited to contractor monitoring, inspections, observations, reporting, and safety management
  • Provide input to Project Manager(s) and Construction Management Advisor on selection and evaluation of ENGIE site team members

Job Purpose/Mission 

  • The Accountant Receivable and Reporting  is responsible for the management & reconciliation of all receivable accounts & payments from both internal and external affiliate companies working with ENGIE Mobisol UK LTD
  • Manage communication with the Customer Finance department on issues relating to (but not limited to) customer payment queries, outgoing loans, non-performing loans, Provisionals

 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible and a point-of-contact for all direct costs of sales, including but not limited to - Cost of material, cost of licenses
  • Manage and analyze VAT relating to sales made by the company and ensure returns are prepared and submitted on time
  • Bringing professional qualities to the accounting function by encouraging ethical behavior amongst the team while leading by example
  • Timely Inventory valuation, reconciliation, and recording by working closely with the Operations department to manage the impact on the Cost of goods sold
  • Review and authorize MPESA/PETTY cash disbursement for all vaults       
  • Develop financial and tax strategies to facilitate, calculate, record/recognize, and timely report/filing of all statutory dues including but not limited to – VAT, Service Levy, Withholding tax, Stamp duty, Annual Turnover tax, Payroll taxes, corporate taxes all other levies
  • Assist the Head of Finance in the Preparation of the CO financial statements (yearly, quarterly, monthly) and explanatory notes to the CO financials (Group and IRFS)
  • Support in preparation of a standardized CO accounting policy, processes, and procedures in compliance with national standards & IFRS and make sure they are well documented in the ENGIE Mobisol UK LTD accounting manual  
  • Reconciliation of the intercompany accounting (CO–CO; HQ – CO) along with other BS accounts before month end is finalized and make sure all adjustments are captured timely
  • Analyze and interpret data to provide financial management information for decision-making
  • Audit preparation and managing the audit process by working with external auditors and preparing all the necessary schedules including the Draft FS for the Head of Finance review before the audit commences.
  • Ensure financial records comply with company policies and accounting principles
  • Prepare and conduct training for non – non-accounting time on accounting processes and policy documentation
  • Act as point of contact with the Head of Group Accounting
  • Verify and approve payment transactions (including; transfers, payroll transactions, etc), correctly classified, and supported by appropriate source documentation
  • Perform General Ledger reconciliations (including bank, suspense, and other balance sheet accounts)
