Accelerated growth in renewable energies has led to a need for talent, both women and men, to lead these projects. With 6.9 GW of renewable energy projects under construction and a renewable energy project portfolio of 95 GW at end of June 2024, ENGIE is one of the fastest growing players in the sector. Mauricio Riquelme is one such talent: this solar and battery storage project manager coordinates contractors and suppliers, works on the design of site plans and motivates his teams to brave the heat of the Atacama desert!
