Jean-Pierre Clamadieu opens the Conference of Paris 2021

By ENGIE - 24 November 2021 - 16:59

From November 30 to December 1, the Conference of Paris - Forum of the Americas will take place with the theme: "A world in transition". As every year, ENGIE is a premium partner. This 2021 edition will be a hybrid one: in person at the OECD, with the public and speakers on stage, and digital with a live relay of the event. Jean-Pierre Clamadieu will open this 2021 edition. Claire Waysand, Didier Holleaux and Anne-Laure de Chammard will represent ENGIE throughout these 2 days. Finally, masterclasses with Group employees will be offered to students attending the event.

Following COP26, and after the Nature Congress and the Climate Week in New York, the Conference of Paris, held by the Americas Forum at the OECD, is an opportunity for business leaders, investors and institutions to come and share their concrete solutions in terms of decarbonization for a greener capitalism.

What investment strategies to achieve Net Zero Carbon goals? How can a company create a positive and sustainable impact on its ecosystem? What is the energy revolution? How is mobility being transformed to reduce greenhouse gas emissions? These are all questions that will be addressed and discussed during the two-day conference, and to build a more sustainable world.
